Honestly, this was the easiest experience I have had with a detailing company. As soon as I submitted a request, an agent of theirs called and explained the whole process and pricing. No hidden fees and straightforward. Matt did a great job and even provided video updates while detailing the my car. The photo speaks for itself, I’ll definitely come back!
Don’t go here!! These pictures are the after. They did a terrible job and charged us over $600 when they told us $400. We have an 2012 CRV and are passing it on to our almost 16 year old. We wanted to get it detailed before her birthday so we brought it here. We were super disappointed in the cleaning. They actually made the ceiling worse and charged additional. I paid for the top detail and got what looks like a drive through car wash on the outside. They did an absolutely terrible job inside. And the owner who was eager to text me all weekend when I was scheduling wouldn’t respond after. Don’t waste your time or money on this place horrible service and terrible customer service.
Very BAD experience. After receiving several messages for me to be ready on time for my appointment, the service guy called 15 minutes AFTER his arrival time to say he was going to need to reschedule! I was so disappointed (my car was empty and sitting in the driveway) he said he would 'push' the 'other' appt out. Another 30 minutes later he shows and asks which car is he to service (?) ie. NO information on my vehicle and the obvious one in the driveway. He didn't look 'well' and was verbally testy with me, we decided we weren't a good fit for this job. SKETCHY - I give the 'company' 2 stars, because 'perhaps' it was just THIS service person...IDK
Matt and Caleb absolutely knocked it out of the park with the ceramic coating on my car. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, and meticulous—explaining every step and answering all my questions. The finish is flawless, the shine is incredible, I’ll definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for top‑notch detailing.
