Caleb, Blake and the guys at Go Detail did an amazing job in my 2027 Kia Telluride. We never had a ceramic coating done and we were hesitant at first considering the cost and all.We went for the 10yr warranty and ppf on the front bumper area, thus Kia being so new they had to custom cut the pieces and did not charge extra as a matter of fact they gave us a discount on the front end and ceramic coating on all the glass. Surprise Surprise we got our car back and we are so glad we did it our car looks amazing. Plus a 10yr warranty how can you loose.
Thet did amazing, never had ceramic coating done and Wow! I was missing out. Out car looks amazing, Caleb, Blake and the other gentleman who looks like Blake?. They all did amazing work. I didn't think a vehicle with only 700 miles could look any better, boy I was wrong. Go Detail does great work for a fair price.

Would highly recommend this detail company. Moody came out to my home and ceramic coated my 2018 Lexus that I had just purchased. The car literally looked brand spanking new when I picked it up. I have other classic cars that I am definitely gonna use him to also ceramic coat and look forward to doing business with him in the future couldn’t be happier.

Josh detailed my car today. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of work and the results. Josh was friendly and explained fully the work that he would be doing on my car. When he was finished, the car looked like it was new! I definitely recommend this service.
So disappointed with this company, never again will I will try to do business with them. Made an appointment with them to come to my house and do the detailing weeks ago, just for no one to show up. They don’t pick up the phone when calling and if one does, says he’ll call right back but never does. Makes me believe this is not even a legit company.
Was on the fence about this for a while. Kept going back and forth on whether ceramic coating was actually worth it or just hype. Almost just kept doing the wash and wax thing every couple months. Finally said screw it and booked Go Detail for the 5 year ceramic coating with the interior and exterior detail. Honestly glad I stopped overthinking it. Car looks way better than I thought it would, paint has this depth to it that regular wax never gave me, and water just slides off now. Interior is spotless too. If you’re sitting there going back and forth like I was just book it. Not gonna waste another weekend waxing my car for the next 5 years lol.
The manager, Caleb, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The technician, Adam, did a fantastic job on a car that was covered in mold and filthy as hell. I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks, guys!
Classic case of overselling and under producing! “It will be as good or better than new.”
Paint polish was good, ozone treatment to remove smell was good, water spot removal on the glass was good.
Stains on the carpet and leather were not completely removed as promised, basic detailing on the trim of the car was completely ignored there were multiple wax stains not removed and no trim dressing to speak of,,, or a simple polishing of the sidesteps, I brought the car in with tire dressing on it, and they didn’t even freshen the tires before they gave it back to me. I did those things at home in less than 20 minutes. I bought the premium package for $535 (Gave me $100 discount because I was going to use somebody else) Gave a $50 tip, because they worked hard. But overall, I am very underwhelmed. (See my review on Yelp, You can see a nice video there as well.) They have 1.2 stars as they’re rating on Yelp)
I will not be recommending their shop to friends or family, or using their service again.
Took my dog into the dog wash station and after walking in almost walked back out because there was piles of dog hair everywhere. But my pup has dog crap all over him so I didn’t have a choice after finishing I walked outside and I was covered in nasty dog hair and so was my puppy. Whoever owns it needs to take better care of the inside because I just wasted money and now my dog that I just gave a bath is covered in nasty dog here
The quality of the detail was good, not great but good, worth the money for sure. The customer service experience that my family and I received was majorly lacking for a service at $200+ price point. I scheduled this detail as a gift for my mom on Mother’s Day, when trying to schedule it 2 weeks out they were not available, but that’s not there fault, the problem with the schedule was that if I did not respond within an hour the time slot I was offered was given away twice, mind you much like them, I was also trying to work and please my client. I finally get the detail scheduled a few days after Mother’s Day, and receive a text asking me to pay a %10 deposit via email, I did not receive the email till a week later when I reached out after not receiving a link to deposit. Once I finally received the email it was asking to me to pay in full, I had no issue doing such so I did, payed in full (except tip) before the detail had even happened. I then received a message asking me to reschedule my appointment from the technician saying “our booking team keeps screwing me and overlapping my appointments” at this point I told him I could not move to a different day but he could show up later in the day and my Dad would be able to pull the car out and provide anything needed. After pushing the appointment back 2 hours and then showing up another 40 minutes late on top of that we had finally started the detail. The technician did not inform he would need access to a faucet, so we had to scramble and turn our pipes back on after the winter, to which then the technician did not have a long enough hose. Luckily our very kind neighbors said we could use their water and driveway. Now that our detail is about 5 hours behind schedule from our original service time, we had to leave before the car was finished because of prior arrangements, but we felt the technician was almost done and we would just move the car into the garage later. We arrive home about an hour after Josh (our technician) has left, and the car is sitting in the driveway full turned on, lights, windshield wipers, and all. The detail provided by GoDetail was good but nothing special, the service that myself and my family received from Josh should not be acceptable, and unfortunately we will have to find someone else to take care of our cars for the summer. I’ve used mobile detailers in the past and have never had this difficult of an experience.
Unprofessional. They sent out a text promo for a detail and ceramic coat package, I accepted, they asked for all my details and when I asked them to let me know what ceramic coating brand/product they are using for the 5 year package, all communication dropped and they never got back to me to schedule the appt. I reached out a few times and called and no reply. Guess I'll take my business somewhere else.
I highly recommend GoDetail.! their service was amazing! Henock was great, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated the whole time. When I got my car back, it was even better than I expected. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

Blake checked us in and we went over everything. I had purchased a full maintenance package, which included the interior and exterior and wax. Blake was very communicative and kept us updated along the way. Blake and Caleb did a fabulous job and we will be back!! Gratitude gentlemen!
