We are absolutely thrilled with our Woodinville Goddard School experience! Since arriving at The Goddard School two months ago, our two year old's growth has exploded. Her language has advanced, her gross and fine motor skills are significantly more developed, and her emotional regulation has improved. Over the course of the last several years, our family has been at three other daycares, and this one stands apart for four reasons: 1. Administration and ownership: The owners are not only onsite - they are actively involved and engaged. Josh and Melissa are extremely communicative and both are strong leaders, fostering a culture of community and care. Andrea, the director, is On Top of It! She takes a great deal of pride in the school and is an awesome partner to parents. 2. Facilities: The facilities are *beautiful*. Truly top-notch. The school is bright, open, and airy while maintaining the warmth and vibrance you want your children to be around. Classrooms are designed with a great deal of care and intention and have really quality materials, books, and toys to foster curiosity and development. The outdoor playground is incredible and there is even ample parking for drop off and pick up! 3. Staff: After hearing horror stories about other new childcare centers with rapid staff turnover, I was hesitant to jump in to a new school. My fears couldn't be further from the truth. Our experience at the school has been enriched by a staff who truly cares about the families. Teachers outside of our daughter's classroom not only know our daughter, but us as well! Across the board, the teachers and support professionals are truly caring, joyful, curious, and encouraging around our daughter. 4. Curriculum, communication, and values: I appreciate the value of play that this school puts into its values. They have a "rain or shine" philosophy for outdoor play, they have curriculum structures in place to foster age-appropriate learning and growth, and they not only take and send photos every day, they also share the day's curriculum, nap time, what they ate, when they went to the bathroom, etc. They are true partners for families. I highly encourage anyone looking for quality childcare and preschool to take a tour. At this school, you will find a warm environment, nurturing staff, and a fantastic structure to support your family.

We transferred from another Goddard location to Goddard Woodinville and our experience has been exceptional. The teachers are highly engaged and compassionate. The rest of the staff have also been fully welcoming and it has been great attending some of the holiday events. The space is brand new and everything has been kept super clean. We have really enjoyed our experience here in our first couple months.

The school is created out of a desire to provide inclusive care for all children and is structured as a general education environment. It is well furnished and has ample resources to assist in teaching children. Many teachers are experienced and dedicated to working with young children. Neurodiverse affirming care varies from classroom to classroom based on teacher's previous experience. In addition, teachers do not currently receive training on disability inclusive care, trauma informed care, or anti bias education principles as part of onboarding and initial training. For future employees: on site leadership is well intentioned but has limited experience in supporting neurodiverse /disabled individuals. For staff at beginning of the schools journey, be prepared that you need to have considerable patience as adjustments are made to leadership styles, aspects of programming, and evolving expectations. If predictable structure is what you need, consider applying in 2026 after the school has had a chance to find its footing. Teachers and parents alike need strong advocacy skills in order to ensure the supported inclusion of disabled individuals.

The Goddard School in Woodinville is a great place. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and clearly care about what they do. The building is clean, organized, and set up really well for kids, and the activities and learning approach are thoughtful and engaging. Communication has been easy and clear. We have been extremely impressed with the teachers, owners and admin team at the Woodinville Goddard school. Their communication and care have exceeded our expectations and you can tell there is a true desire to nurture and grow the kids vs just "keeping them alive" like some care centers. We had previously been at a different Goddard location and are much happier with this new spot.

We absolutely love it here at Goddard @ Woodinville, we are so thankful to have found this place for our LO! Everyone on staff (admin + teachers) are incredibly kind and friendly, they all greet our LO by name. The teacher for our classroom takes such good care of our LO, and incorporates a lot of fun activities for them throughout the day. We love getting photos throughout the day and week seeing the fun things our LO experienced. The classrooms are very clean and organized, the facility is beautiful & secure, and the staff are excellent at communication. We know our LO is getting the best care here, and would highly recommend it to others!

The Goddard School of Woodinville is amazing new place for children. I like their inquiry-based learning, so children can ask dozens of questions and get answers. The classrooms are big and bright. Outside time is almost one hour, and I love it. My kids need to be outside for a long time.
