Both Yuvran and Namam had came by and carried these all the way to my door. The service was very satisfactory. They were on board with me about special instructions that were in my Ikea account. I'm very clear about the extra step that I'd like the deliverers to take before unloading my package or furniture. The structure of my building gives most delivery people only one view of the main lobby, but the other one is not.

Very bad pickup experience (IKEA).
The drivers showed up without ringing the doorbell and without attempting to contact me by phone. I only received a text message saying the pickup failed, which is completely unacceptable.
There is no way to speak to a real person, no functional phone number to resolve the issue quickly. Customer service is practically nonexistent.
