I am a woman who is over 50 and I'm thrilled with the the astounding results of a "MyElevate" neck lift, thanks to the impeccable skills of Professor Zedd. Last year he did a laser peel on my face & neck, along with a little bit of tweaking here and there, and as promised I'm enjoying amazing results as each month passes!

I just love Dr. Zedd and his whole staff, they all is so polite and gentle with your concern and helping you to feel and look your best. Dr. Zedd is outstanding in his work and a bit of a perfectionist, I love that about him, because he cares about you and want you to be happy with your result. I travel from Georgia a little over 41/2 hour just to put my care in their hand and I don't regret it. If you have been contemplating, no need to you will be treated well. 🙌🏽💕🙌🏽😀

Professor Zedd and his team have done a great job on the many procedures I have had done. People think I am younger than my age 61. I always refer my friends and family here, I’ve been coming to Zedd since 2009 if I am not mistaken. Zedd and his team of ladies have always treated me with such kindness and respect and compassion every single time I visit and like most reviews say very welcoming. I have never had a problem from the first time I walked through the door in 2009. I love this group of people who I call family now. I will see you soon!

I have been seen Prof. Andre for years at GoBeyond. I have had received different facial treatments. My skin always look wonderful and healthy. No one believes my age. I am very pleased with the results of my procedure. I lost my desired weight in less than two months and can see the difference in the fitting of my clothing and energy level. I no longer have to change clothes a hundred times before I leave the house. I thought I knew what to eat while dieting but they taught me how to eat healthier by avoiding certain foods that prevented me from losing weight. I found that modifying my diet while including LipoTranz worked wonders. I would recommend this procedure to anyone looking to rid themselves of cellulite and avoid invasive surgery.

Very nice staff members- they are all very polite. The service is great every time I have an appointment. Very quick also- I never spend more than 20-30 mins for simple procedures. I highly recommend!!

I had a procedure called MyEllevate with Go Beyond. I love my result, my face and neck got smaller and tighter, the procedure is quick and painless. I gave my trust to Professor and stuff and they didn't disappoint me, they are all so professional on what they are doing. They are all nice and they make sure that I am safe and comfortable before and after the procedure. I really appreciate all the staff of Go Beyond for their professionalism. I would 💯 % recommend them to everyone who wants to do the MYELLEVATE procedure.

Initially, my experience with this business was great. My aesthetician listened to my concerns, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, after signing up for their membership program, the quality of service declined significantly. I was assigned a new aesthetician who ignored my concerns, which unfortunately resulted in scarring on my stomach, face, and vaginal area. Additionally, some of the older staff members have been noticeably rude.
One major issue I encountered was during a laser hair removal appointment. The staff member who checked me in failed to inform me that a male doctor would be performing the procedure — I wasn’t made aware until he walked into the room.
While they’re quick to enforce late and cancellation fees, they don’t hold themselves to the same standards when it comes to starting appointments on time.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for services.

We’re glad to hear your initial experiences were positive, and we’re sorry to hear that your experience changed over time. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns personally. However, we would like to clarify several important points:
You were an active member of our monthly membership program and continued to receive multiple services during that time.
For the laser hair removal session in question, you signed a photo and video release form allowing us to film the procedure for social media content. Additionally, verbal consent was given for a male provider prior to your treatment.
A month after your laser hair removal sessions, you received other treatments and did not report any issues with burns or scarring. At no point during or after any of your visits did you report scarring, burns, or any other adverse effects or discomfort to our team.
We did not receive any concerns from you until your public review on April 26th (five months after your last visit).
We reached out to you on April 16th as part of our routine follow-up but did not receive a response. After your review was posted, we attempted to follow up again and still have not heard back.
We guarantee all clients will be seen within 10 minutes of their scheduled time. If we are ever running more than 10 minutes behind, our policy is to offer clients either a $55 credit toward future treatments or a complimentary treatment, as a gesture of respect for their time.
We enforce our policies around appointment punctuality and cancellations to respect the time of all clients and staff. Likewise, we hold ourselves to that same standard.
At GoBeyond, we are committed to being a wellness haven for women who value self-care and trust in their providers. We strive to provide safe, professional, and respectful care. Our goal is always to ensure every client feels informed, safe, and heard throughout their experience.
