Ordered Sunday night (3 days before Christmas) for their Monday dispatch, my order then arrived Tuesday 24hrs later but had a couple of incorrect items. I emailed customer service and Adam was very apologetic and to my total disbelief (despite being told next guaranteed dispatch date was 5/1/26) a replacement parcel has shown up at my door less than 24hrs later on CHRISTMAS EVE!!
A Christmas miracle and testament to family run business! Thanks Adam and Co for sorting this for me in record time even santas elves would struggle to beat! One happy dog at home!!
Love this place, honestly fantastic food and fantastic delivery, my only issue is, they’ve started putting polystyrene support in the boxes (they’ve never done this before) so now I’m having to clean the dog food packets before I put them in the freezer, not a huge problem but it is a little annoying having to hoover up all the polystyrene after. If you could switch to something else it would totally be a 5 star! It is a 5 star in all other areas!
