Partner booked transfer to heathrow for trip to thailand, driver informed us he hadn't been paid so we paid direct as global coach company would not resolve. Ended up paying twice for Journey. Have raised CCJ that the company are ignoring. Please do use this company.
Wouldn’t even give 1 star!!! Booked return minibus from tamworth to Heathrow for 16 people through Quattro coaches (a subsidiary ), they took nearly £800 and when I checked with the driver 24 hours before departure he informed me that he wouldn’t be doing the job as he hadn’t been paid, departure was 1pm on the Sunday and up until 12.30pm on the Sunday, Quattro were telling me that driver would be there, all the time I was in constant contact with the driver who shared screen shots between Quattro and him confirming the conversation and Quattro admitting they had not paid, I ended up agreeing to pay the driver to do the job directly for myself as had no other choice due to it being so close to departure, I attempted to call the company multiple times and they refused to answer, I tried to confirm return trip when I was away but again they would not reply leaving me no choice but to again arrange myself resulting in duplicate payment, after speaking to Global coach company as Quattro ignored me for yet another 2 months, they offered partial refund with conditions, Not sure how they can fail to see that they didn’t provide an adequate service and a full refund should be issued. I am now in the process of going via the civil courts which has cost even more money, especially as I have raised against Quattro and now need it to pay to change it to parent company, avoid stress and Do not use!!!!
Global Coach Company provides excellent transportation service. The vehicles are well-maintained and very comfortable, and the staff is professional and efficient. My trip was stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend Global Coach Company for anyone needing quality transport solutions.
Fraudulent company. Avoid!
We had a mini bus booked about a month ago via Jack from Comfort Coaches to take us from our airbnb on Loch Lomond out for the whole day. It was meant to arrive at 10am take us to a whiskey tour, shooting, back to the airbnb then into Glasgow in the evening. We had a whole day planned. The bus didn't turn up at 10, despite Jack on the phone repeatedly telling us the bus was on it's way. At 11.30 the bus was claimed to have broken down and a replacement bus was "on it's way". This bus never turned up either. By 12 we'd missed our first booking of the day and resorted to ordering local taxis who managed to get to us without any issue. We phoned Jack throughout the day and he repeatedly told us that coaches were on their way but they obviously never turned up. He even had the cheek to text us at 9.30pm saying he was "on his way". Complete joke.
This company took around £700 from us and now both Comfort Coaches and their parent company Global Coach Company are now ignoring us.

Grateful to Jack and his staff for arranging a minibus on short notice.
Quick and no hassle, but most importantly it meant the boys were able to attend their tournament after being cancelled last minute by another company.

Recently used the services of Global Coach Company (specifically Comfort Coach Hire) for a 10-person trip from Manchester Airport to Liverpool City Centre. Liaised with Jack from Comfort Coach Hire, who was extremely professional and helpful throughout. The mini-bus was punctual, the price fair and we have no complaints at all, but I would particularly like to highlight Jack's contribution and thank him for his assistance throughout. I am very happy to recommend his services.

I used company coach hire for a weekend in london for a dance championship , 1st class service , the driver was so friendly and always there to take us to and from the competition , the manager i booked with Jack was so helpful and thoughtful too , he organised it all for us and gave a reasonable price , i would defo us this company again

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I booked a minibus for 11 people. I spoke to Jack at the Global Coach company and told him how many people were travelling and what luggage we had so he was aware from the beginning and didn't cause any issues when being collected. He gave us a 16 seater as we needed booth space which a 12 seater doesn't provide. Of course we were happy with the upgrade at no extra cost. The bus arrived as scheduled, however the bus was not as shown in the pictures that were provided by Jack of the type of buses that we would get (depending on availability). We had a seat which was taped up with duct tape and didn't have AC. We has windows but only in the front so no air would get to the back of the vehicle and the people sitting in the front would get cold. So I reported this with Jack immediately. He spoke to the manager of the 3rd party company they use and was told that the driver picked up the wrong vehicle and that the original vehicle that should have been used will be the one we get for the return journey. On collection we did get the original vehicle as promised with AC but the AC was not working and this time we had no windows to open. We were travelling with kids and disabled people as well. About an hour into our journey back home the bus started switching off every few minutes, so the driver had to keep pulling into the hard shoulder to start it up again and then re-join the motorway. This could have resulted in an accident. The driver Mustafa was amazing and handled the situation very well. We were also told that the bus was collected from a mechanic the same day before travelling. The faulty vehicle added an hour onto our return journey home. The driver contacted his company and was told to fill up the fuel and that should solve the problem. It solved the issue for a while and then same issue of it switching off started again. Again this was reported with Jack. We returned home safe and sound but with the issues above. So I contacted Jack and explained everything again and told him that we will not be using this company again and his response was we didn't let you down and that we reached home without any issues. Also when booking I read the reviews and expressed my concerns with Jack with the bad reviews and he said that these bad reviews are not actual customers but other companies. Now I know that was a lie and believe other people have had a bad experience with this company as well. Even today I have contacted Jack again as he told me the 3rd party will come back to me last week (a week after our return home) and got no call back. Jack told me to contact the company myself and that I should try and speak to the manager (Lawrence) before writing my review. For something that isn't the fault of the customer why should I have to chase a company to sort out their bad customer service. When booking you get everything promised and once booking is confirmed the customer service is out the window. Apologies about the long review. But the only good experience from this company was from the driver Mustafa who was excellent from beginning to end. Thank you Mustafa was getting us back home safely.
I will not be using this company again and just putting out my experience on here for others to read before making a booking.

Good customer service and also a guaranteed smooth journey. I am so happy, my husband was thinking otherwise but he has been happy about your customer service, assurance and fast response

Used this company for a night out on New Year’s Eve, Jack was super helpful the whole time. He answered every question I had no matter what time of day and tried his best to make sure I was getting what I was asking for, going directly to the driver himself. Jack went above and beyond. The driver was great too, arrived early to pick us up and even was flexible enough to change the collection time by 1 hour earlier. this company is friendly and do really do go out of their way to help and to give you the best experience.
