Very happy with the service today on my Joule Heat Pump. Dylan arrived on time and did a great job. Noticed my settings were slightly off too. Will book again next year.

Francis did a fantastic job servicing my air-to-water heat pump. He was thorough and professional—checking all the radiators, the outside unit, and the boiler to make sure everything was running smoothly. This is the second time I’ve used their service, and I’m just as impressed as the first time. Highly recommended!

I had Francis down to my house to service my boiler and then he came back for a separate issue with the water tank. Francis is very diligent and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.

Couldn't recommend this company enough,
Absolutely excellent service from Francis today we where 2 weeks without heating and whare delighted to come across glenmac after having cowboys in to look at our problem and getting nowhere. Glenmac are definitely the only company in the area that are experienced enough to work with the air to water heating system, Francis knew exactly where to look and found the issue straight away, we had a service done aswell and are booked in with them for a yearly service, definitely will be our only go to if we have issues in the future as they seem to be the only company we have contacted that know the air to water systems inside out.
