We are extremely happy with our build. The floor plan is amazing and the house feels spacious and well thought out, I'm glad we went with this floor plan. The great thing about their flexibility was we were able to add an ensuite to one of the rooms and they made it happen! The quality of the build is fantastic, and overall we had minimal issues during the build. After handover, any concerns that did arise were followed up promptly, and the Petar and Veronica was more than happy to support us through them. While there were a few hiccups along the way, everything was sorted in the end and we are very pleased with the final result.

First time building - amazing experience right from consultation, customising the plan/finishing touches, through to completion. No hassles with honest work and continual feedback from site manager, Josh.Thanks also to Tanja, and the rest of the team. Build is a custom Castaway. Highly recommend working with GJ Milton. (And there was a cyclone thrown into the mix just to test them). The build is solid.

After building many homes over many years, we have recently moved into our new GJ Gardner home in Chapel Hill.
We have to say the whole GJ Team of Sam, Miljan, Tanja, Mira Tony and Alex have been outstanding in every respect. We were treated like family and would be proud to have them as members of our family.
They couldn’t have been more professional, helpful or ethical. The regular communication, high standard of the trades who worked on the site, management skills and good supervision resulted in a well built home completed in excellent time.

Fantastic people to deal with. Sam and the crew at GJs took us under their wing and guided us through the entire process. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I felt as if we were dealing with family. Nothing was a problem. We were pushed towards the end over rental issues and although it was Christmas they responded to our needs and got into our new house well before the due date. I didn't end up building with GJ Gardner in the end but when I called all staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. I called to enquire about building a new home in Point Cook and had many questions for Petar as it was my first time building. Petar was friendly, patient and informative, he was able to help with all of my questions! If I did end up building my home in the Wyndham area, I would defiantly recommend the GJ Wyndham City office to all friends and family.
We chose to build with G.J Gardner during June 2021. Petar from G.J Gardner Wyndham City got in touch with us as soon as we shared our details through the official G.J Gardner website. Our experience with Petar all the way through has been amazing.
This is our first build and we had many questions in mind. Whenever we raised our questions or concerns, Petar was very prompt to answer them. He tried his level best to accommodate all of our requirements and also ensured that the cost is within our budget.
Presently we are at the frame stage and site works began since last week of Jan 2022. The entire process starting from selecting the design to finalizing the drawings was smooth and we were extremely happy. If there was any delay, it was only due to covid restrictions and nothing else.
Petar is very approachable, clear and prompt in all communications, flexible in making changes to the standard design and very efficient. And also he will ensure that certain requests we make actually suits the design that we have selected which is actually very beneficial for first home builders like us. He also provides weekly updates and we are well informed of the progress.
We will provide an update on the workmanship, quality and the final build once completed.

We are extremely happy with our new home. All the team at G.J. Gardner Brisbane Inner City West were extremely helpful and we had such a good experience dealing with them. We had been warned by friends that building your own home can be extremely stressful however GJ did a great job in managing the build and the whole process was fairly smooth. The regular communication helped iron out and concerns we had. We would highly recommend GJ for their open communication, coming in within the time frame, and delivering a gorgeous home.
My wife and I had GJ Gardner build our new home in Kenmore. Right from the start they were easy to deal with and everything proceeded smoothly and on time. They kept us advised as to how it was progressing and we were able to visit regularly and made some changes as we went along which was easy to do.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking at Building
Experience we had in our dream home build was amazing to precise. It was a difficult site to build with so many challenges everyday and yes there were mistakes, errors, issues as you would expect in any complicated build, but the way GJ and specially Sam approached them was great. Sam always have time for the customer and tries to go beyond boundaries to make things happen and we really appreciate that personal touch. In our view the main reason for the success of the project was the direct access to the decision makers and their willingness to communicate directly and it saved lot of time & effort and helped to achieve the desired outcome. Thanks again Sam and GJ Brisbane west and we would highly recommend them as a builder with the great attitude and great product.

When we were looking to build, we absolutely fell in love with GJ Gardner homes design. We will never forget the first day we walked into the office and were blown away by it. The staff were absolutely the nicest people we have ever met and very knowledgeable when it came to building and customizing our new home. They took the time to explain everything and make sure we were extremely satisfied prior to closing on the home. Ask around to people who have built homes and they will tell you it was a “hassle” or “they would never do it again”; I have to tell you that I WOULD DO IT AGAIN BUT ONLY WITH GJ Gardner Homes Brisbane Inner City West. Throughout our build, there were issues that arose; however, a simple phone call and the issues were resolved immediately and to our liking. It is without hesitation that I would recommend GJ’s to anyone building their “dream home”.
