Would not recommend this business i was verbally abused for parking out the back in their car spaces so my disabled partner could go next door quickly, they are very rude and disrespectful stay away i can only imagine how they treat their clients

Unfortunately, the feedback received was that the abuse was delivered when advised that this was a private parking area. I highly recommend you raise the issue of unsuitable parking being available with the business you were visiting. Due to clients visiting our office on a regular basis, parking needs to be constantly available for our clients.

Very expensive was charged double the estimated fee without being notified.

Thank you for your feedback. As you were aware, this was a brand new system we had utilised, which provided estimates based on prior year assumptions. Further discussions when we met clarified that more was required to complete, but we understand more contact would have been beneficial over the course of preparation.

If anyone is looking for a new accountant, I can highly recommend Gilberts Accounting Pty Ltd.
Turns out our last accountant wasn't really doing anything other than bare minimum (and not even doing that). Gilberts have done an amazing job at sorting out (well it's just the beginning) my accounting - and found more than $2000 in refunds with my BAS lodgments that the previous accountant missed.
Gilberts are very proactive with their service - and are going to help keep me on top of things throughout the year. Not sure if this is 'normal' - but it's a hell of a lot more than our previous accountant was doing.
Best decision made for my business this year!
