Very disappointing experience with Gilani. I purchased a wheelchair through their official website and paid the full amount in advance. After the payment was taken, I was informed that the wheelchair was actually out of stock.
I have been requesting a refund ever since, but the process has been unnecessarily difficult and delayed. What is even more concerning is that the full payment was collected despite the product not being available in the first place.
To make matters worse, the Sales Manager repeatedly ended my calls when I contacted him to ask about my refund. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable customer service.
I expected honesty, transparency, and respect for customers. I do not believe the owner of the company would approve of this kind of behavior. Taking a customer’s money for an unavailable product and then making them struggle to get their refund back is simply not acceptable.
I sincerely hope this issue is resolved immediately and that my refund is returned without any further delays.
