I have to say my experience with Gilani was not good unfortunately. Among other things, I'm still waiting for them to refund the deposit for the equipment I rented from them. It's been more than a month passed since I returned it. When I asked about when they can they said something like the account info I gave them was wrong though I shared with them the correct one as its a screenshot from my online banking app. Only positive thing that I found is their wheelchair taxi, which is big enough to accommodate a comfort type though it was a bit expensive. Ps After posting this they called me and said their bank cannot transfer the money to my bank.. How odd..
