I used to live nearby & spent many hours in this store. The owners are wonderful! I bought so many collector Barbie’s & a few Gene dolls. I met the designer of the gene doll, Mel Odom at an event at the store, got his autograph. It was such fun! I plan on passing all those Barbie’s down to my 2 granddaughters (ages 16 & 18) when they get a bit older. They have picked which ones they want. I live in cali now & miss shopping at gigis dolls. It’s a great place to shop & I highly recommend it! Wish I lived closer so I could go say hello & get some more dolls! If you love dolls you have to check out their store, you’ll be in heaven!

I brought in my childhood dolls to sell to Sherry. It may sound silly but I was feeling a little emotional about saying goodbye to my old friends. Sherry was so kind. She bought the dolls at a fair price and assured me she would get them good homes. It isn’t often I am treated with real kindness in a business transaction. I appreciate her business manners.

Such a great experience. I absolutely love these gals. I just received my order today and it was quite large. The care that went into packing the dolls I ordered was to me. Incredible. Never have I received items that were in perfect condition as these were. The original boxes were as if made yesterday. They really take care of their inventory and have a great inventory. I can't say enough about this shop and its owners. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and put faith back in my heart that there are great people out that actually care and it shows in the items they sell and how they are shipped out to customers.

Absolutely recommend 100%. I was tasked by my grandma to have a doll restrung. I was about to ship it to another company for much much more $$$. I didn’t know so I assumed that’s what it costs. I confirmed the address to ship it to and that company never responded. I reached out to GIGI’s. Emailed me back quickly. Very reasonable price. Told me how to ship it. Was returned fixed to me within about a week. Was very happy with it. The doll owner is very happy as well🙌.

I had been wanting to get my 20 year old childhood plush restored for years, but had been very hesitant to use any online services that required shipping. I was so happy to find a local store that provided the same services, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I provided my own original plush sourced from Ebay just because I was particular about maintaining the original features (eyes, ribbon, etc.). I couldn’t be happier. What they did for my means more than words can explain. I have had a Carebear since I was born given to me from my mom and dad. My dad passed when I was 10 and this Carebear has been EVERYWHERE with me and sleeps next to me every night. I am 36 and don’t care what people say about it. Well Ted was getting rough and had a lot of holes. I brought it there and they did exactly what I wanted and kept it looking loved and not brand new again. This has made me so happy you have no idea! Thank you so so much for taking care of my Ted and making him whole again!

This store is magical and amazingt My mother's Annie Wynn Mickens had this beautiful 1950 Baby Doll that loved. Her name is Baby Annie. My mother love love her so much.I took Baby Annie today to get her hair service. And I pick up some jewelry and some beautiful outfits to add to her collection. My mom went home to be with Lord so I will take good care of Baby Annie!!
