Trent and Milan were here to save the day. Our 9 year old A/C unit was putting out warm air. They diagnosed the issue as a capacitor that had failed. We have always had their maintenance agreement, so the unit has been well maintained. I chose to update certain parts, and their fully stocked van had the parts needed to complete the repair.
Nice folks. Quick service. I recommend them.
It's such a pleasure working with a wonderful company that's honest, transparent, and thorough! If you're in need of repair, maintenance, or a new installation, look no further than Gibson Heating and Air Conditioning—they truly took great care of me. Good customer service like that is hard to find these days! Thank you so much!
We highly recommend Gibson Heating & Air Conditioning. We needed to replace our HVAC system and Leo came out to consult with us. He quoted us the price and we signed the contract. Leo is very knowledgeable and friendly! The next day the crew came out to start the project. Tom, Trent and Ty were friendly and professional. They worked well together! Great service!
Eric came to rhe door. He introduced himself, was very personable and professional, and went about his business. He explained his completed work, cleaned everything up, and did the paperwork with no problem. He can come every time, no worries.

Nick, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate hearing that our technicians are doing a great job.
Called about my 5 year old mini split system. Told the dispatch that the system gave me a low refrigerant code. Tech came out at scheduled time. He stated that he wanted to do a leak test. I agreed to the $300 charge for the leak test. 10 minutes later the tech said, "Your system has a leak". I asked the tech where the leak is. He said the installer used cheap shark bite connectors for the refigeration lines. I asked him to show me where. He refused. The tech than changed the number of leaky connections. He told me that all the connections would need to be replaced throughout the whole system. Gibson quoted me $2,000.00 to replace them. Confirmed there were zero shark bite connections installed throughout the entire system and the leak was found to be coming from a leaky head unit in my living room. The tech also disabled my mini split system internally and had to return to turn it back on after I explained that I use the system's fan feature that doesn't use the coolant or compressor. Gibson quoted me $2,000 for a repair that would not have fixed the issue. The tech did not thouruigly inspect the equipment even when asked to. The tech did not explain that he would simply tell me that my system was leaking for $300 rather than actually locating the leak. I spent $400 total to be told information I had already confirmed during my initial phone call.

Mr. Lord, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were frustrated with your experience.
After reviewing the diagnostic notes, our technician confirmed the system was low on refrigerant and, with your approval, performed a leak search. During that inspection, leaks were identified at fittings near the outdoor unit, and repair recommendations were provided based on those findings at the time.
We understand you later received a different diagnosis involving the indoor head unit. Mini-split systems can sometimes have multiple leak points, and we certainly respect your decision to seek a second opinion.
Our goal is always to provide accurate information and professional service, and we regret that you left feeling dissatisfied. I did leave you a voicemail because I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and better understand your concerns.
