Contacted Gianni Electrical Service to replace the power cable on my dryer from a 3 prong to a 4 prong. Excellent communication, prompt, and professional service. Christy got back to me very quickly with scheduling details. Alec addressed all my concerns, quickly replaced the cable, and wore shoe covers during the inspection/installation process which I found thoughtful.

Gianni was the first name the came up when I searched for an electrician in Charlotte to do a major rewiring of a 1930's house that still relied, here and there, on knob-and-tube wiring. Alec came out to do an assessment, in a tight attic and even tighter crawl space, and I was nearly incredulous at how thorough he was in these difficult places. We went with Gianni largely because of that relentlessly thorough assessment on the part of Alec and because the cost seemed reasonable. Our decision was bolstered by technical conversations with Alec and Gianni manager Jesse, who always made time to talk. The company did an outstanding job overall. And we really appreciated how they minimized damage to walls they had to put sizable holes in. This made the drywall repair work (by me) much easier.

Alec and Alec were great. Showed up on short notice, communicated well, diagnosed the problem, were transparent on work and price. Then knocked the work out quickly. Cleaned up the work area and did a great job. Really enjoyed working with them.

Levi installed a new outlet in our crawl space and he was great—he set appropriate expectations and explained the process in an approachable manner. Gianni was slightly more expensive than another quote we received, but their customer service from the office staff and Levi was worth it.
