We booked 2 trips with Carlos Santos to go reef fishing also to the caves and Dolphins Carlos goes above and beyond to help. Communication was excellent, price was competitive, and the trips were fun, safe and so well organised. We went with Nelson and Aria who was very knowledgeable and informative and found us some dolphins to see. You could see they had a genuine passion for their jobs, country, coastline and habitat. Everyone was professional and polite and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Our fishing captain was also excellent, explaining and helping people who hadn’t been sea fishing before. The boat was spotless and the bait was plentiful. I have to say Carlos is a credit to the firm. I contacted him prior to our visit and he contacted me on arrival as agreed no hard selling just friendly, helpful advice . I was beyond impressed with the whole experience and will be using them again when I return. Really helped us have a great holiday experience.
We were planning to suprise my 78 year old mum and a trip to make memories, myself, my sister in law and my daughter, I joined the Albufeira facebook page asking for recommendations and was contacted by Carlos, he shaped our excursions for us and they were brilliant, a safari trip and a boat trip round the Famosa Islands, both our boat captain and jeep driver were lovely, kind, friendly and entertaining always checking my mum was comfortable, met a lovely couple on the safari trip and we laughed endlessly, saw some stunning sights, visit amazing little fishing villages and villagers who made us feel so welcome. I cannot recommend Carlos and his team enough. We had a fantastic time. Thank you so much 🫶

Jeep Safari Tour: 3/10
Our guide wasn't very nice, he called me rude when we first met because i said "Hi" instead of "good morning", so we were off to a bad start. Guide didn't share much knowledge of the area and we saw just regular animals which were in other people's fields, so we couldn't pet the animals.
We stopped in a quiet town with barely any shops open, pointless stop really.
I didn't catch his name, I think it might be Carlos from reading the other reviews, but he had thinning hair and was around 5'5 in height. I had read some great reviews about Fred, but we definitely had a different guide.
Dolphin & Cave Tour: 10/10
This was an excellent tour, our guide, Marco was full of local knowledge and kept us all happy on the tour! It was a cool experience to be on the speed boat! Well organised and it was easy to find the starting point.
A recommend !! Definitely go there! The best thing we have done in our lives!

This was a great trip .. Rio Sul Tours Jeep Safari from Vila Real de Santo Antonio..
The drivers were full of knowledge and also good craic .
Booked with Get your Ticket who were also a very professional team ..Always answering any questions promptly..
We were a group of 10 and nothing was a problem with this company..

Joli tour dans la Ria formosa, le guide nous a donné plein d’informations pendant le trajet, arrêt sur deux îles, un peu court pour réellement en profiter mais bel aperçu des merveilles de ces îles. Je recommande

Booking process was easy and tickets. Directions etc arrived through What’s App. Great communication. The boat tour was great although our skipper/guide was moaning about the length of trip we had booked, a three hour trip was not long enough in his opinion to get the most of the Rio Formosa.

Ces deux magiques excursions 🤩
La première: dauphins et grottes de bengali, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir voir les dauphins de prêt 😍 Nous en avons pris pleins les yeux également dans les grottes.
La deuxième : coucher de soleil Ria Formosa avec excursion sur deux îles magnifique.
Je vous conseille sans hésitation.
