I texted three times after organising a quote online but was ignored. Their head office even did a follow up call and I told them about the issue about not receiving a response. They said they will look into it and organise a plumber to contact me but once again, they never followed up. Just be straight up and let me know you dont want the job instead of wasting my time

I had my hot water system installed and Dennis was extremely helpful. He explained it very well what he was going to do which I could understand . And he has a hard work ethic. Definitely recommend him . Many plumbers did not want to do the job as it was a difficult and messy one and Dennis was willing to do it .

We had a major plumbing issue with burst pipes, and Dennis handled it flawlessly. He arrived quickly, kept us informed at every step, and completed the job to a very high standard. Dennis came to our rescue when our pipes suddenly flooded and caused a major mess. We were in a real crisis, and he responded quickly and professionally. He clearly explained all of our options up front, helping us make informed decisions without any pressure. In the end, he replaced all of our pipes efficiently and with great attention to detail. Throughout the process, he kept everything as clean and organized as possible. On top of his excellent workmanship, Dennis is a super nice person—friendly, respectful, and genuinely caring. I have recommended a few plumbers over the years, they all seem to get your business then disappear when you require them again. Well today I found a plumber I hope will be my go to guy from here on. Actually called back and turned up that afternoon, fixed my leaking shower on the spot. After stressing about my wall opposite the shower staring to show water damage, I realised we had an issue, Dennis fixed my issue on the spot.
