I purchase most of my soap-making ingredients from Get Natural Essential Oils. Great quality, great prices, and local enough to me that I can swing by and pick it up if I want. I usually just have them ship it though, as the shipping fees are reasonable, even when I have a big (heavy!) order. The orders always arrive very quickly, a huge bonus over the big soap-making supply companies I've used in the past, where even small orders seem to take forever to arrive.
