I can't rave about James enough. I unfortunately needed to have all my sewer and water lines replaced but am so grateful James was the person delivering that news. He explained everything to me and what my options were if I needed to piecemeal out the work due to cost. When surprises came up, he always paused to show me and talk through it. The amount of work he did was absolutely massive and he was so cheerful and kind throughout.

Needed a attic fan replaced, GET LIT service technician was very professional and knowledgeable about troubleshooting the situation, Cody was the technician name, he explained exactly what the problem was and made the repair a learning experience and shared things to look out for down the line. Said they would give me a Free Estimate. The technician came and took one look up at the light and said it’s gonna cost $393.00 to troubleshoot. So I stepped away and called the company and asked where the free estimate comes into play? They couldn’t give me a straight answer and told me I would have to discuss with the technician. Technician said that once he troubleshoots it he would give me a “free estimate” which was him basically explaining what it will cost EXTRA to move forward with the repair. If you want a free estimate that only cost a low $400.00 then call Get Lit! Otherwise don’t even bother!!! 0 stars!!!
Dante showed up and I explained my electrical concerns. Dante troubleshoot my problems and got to work. He was very thorough and fixed everything.
I used Get Lit for a plumbing job last week and I'll be giving them a call if the need arises again.

The job was completed in a timely and efficient manner with Joe explaining what he was doing every step of the way. You can tell he's a people person and knows his business. He's also professional. Kyle with Get Lit Plumbing went above and beyond for us.
I came home from being out of town and dealing with a parent in hospice to find myself in the middle of a plumbing issue involving my neighbor’s unit. I was completely overwhelmed when Kyle stepped in to help figure out what was going on. It turned out my unit was leaking into hers.
Before we were even paying customers, Kyle helped me navigate the situation. He saw how overwhelmed/ on the verge of tears I was and he turned off the water heater, shut off the breaker, contacted my realty company for me. It was above and beyond.
He came back the very next morning and replaced the entire water heater quickly and professionally. What impressed me most was that he showed this level of care during what was clearly a busy and important time in his own life—his wife was very pregnant and expecting their baby any minute.
I really appreciated the fact it seemed like Kyle genuinely cared. In a moment when I was overwhelmed and stressed, he stepped up and made a difficult situation so much easier.

We found a water heater leak that caused significant damage to our property this last Sunday. Sunday night, we called Get Lit. Christian came out to look at things and we got an estimate by Monday morning. The estimate provided various options, all including upgrading our old water heater and bringing everything up to code. Apparently our stuff was pretty old and pretty damaged. We were surprised with how knowledgeable, friendly, and overall great Christian was. He was able to help us get financing and answered all the questions we had, including tank vs tank less water heaters. We were afraid we would be without water for about a week but they got us in the schedule immediately. Christian came this morning to install the new (tank less) water heater for us. He was always so communicative with his time frames, what he was doing, how long it would take, and anything else we needed/asked for. He got the hot water heater installed and it looks beautiful. He made sure it worked and we even tried it out before he left. He explained all maintenance and set a maintenance alarm so I don't forget it. Since we are doing an insurance claim and need other repairs done, he is working with all the other contractors to complete the repairs. Christian is really making sure we get what we actually need and not a half-decent job. He even found additional damage (somewhere else) and gave me the heads up so it can be fixed quickly before it gets worse. So far, we couldn't be happier with Christian, his coworker, and their work. We are so happy to be up and running again after finding the damage only 2 days ago. I wish we had known about them earlier! They are an absolute 100/10!!!!!

This was a good experience. Chase did a great job...from quoting to installation! I am remodeling a large den at my house. Get Lit's job was a new electrical service panel and then the removal of all the old wiring from the den, and roughing all new. (outlets, switches and recessed lights. Chase was great working with. We collaborated on placement of some new fixtures and he gave me everything I asked for. Also the job was finished in the quoted time frame. I couldn't be more pleased. I would certainly recommend Get Lit for electrical.

James S at Get Lit did Plumbing work at my house recently and I can say enough how great he was! Cody their electrician found an issue with a drain pipe in my crawl space (old pipe saddle was leaking under my house). James came out super fast, fixed it, and capped a few pipes as well. He also found a few other issues and sent met pictures, so will be using him for that too! My house needs a lot of work, and Get Lit has been great in giving me professional advice and service without breaking the bank. 100% recommend these guys!
