Get Lit is where it’s at! Kelly, the Manager is phenomenal, and the tech I dealt with, Drew and Jared were just as fabulous! Great customer service, polite, quick and efficient and not out to break your bank account! These guys are def a MUST HAVE in your contact list! I would give 10 stars if I could!

James did an amazing job installing new hot water heater, 2 toilets, 2 bathroom faucets, garbage disposal and a new shower fixture. The hot water heater was particularly difficult to bring up to code. The work was done professionally. James was very personable. I enjoyed our plumber!

I called Get Lit electrical because i just moved into a new construction home and the stover breaker kept tripping. Louis came in a diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes and had my stove operational within 20 minutes. He replaced the breaker and tested the stove. Thank you Louis!!!!

Jared is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He instills confidence and trust. Even though the work I needed was much more extensive than I had expected, I never felt that he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. He made sure I understood everything. He did an excellent job. I hope that when I need more work done, he is the one you send. He is a great representative for your company. He makes you guys look good.

Excellent work had to redo a LED mirror that someone who didn't know what they were doing put up and added a Nest cam floodlight to the garage. Will definitely be calling them again for any electrical work. Customer service was awesome zero complaints. Updating 4/27 had more work done this time used the plumbing side got a new toilet installed still the same great service this is a really good company. Christian A. did an excellent job with the new toilet

4:30pm my husband looks out the window and we have a river flowing through our yard. Called Get Lit for the repair. James was here in under 2 hours, and had the leak isolated in 15 minutes and told us he could fix it tonight! He finished the repair quickly and we have water once again! James was pleasant and professional despite getting called out after what I can only guess was a full day of work. Thank you James!

I wanted to reach out and share how incredible our experience was with Drew from start to finish. As property owners, we deal with a lot of maintenance, but Drew really set a new standard for professionalism.
He was honest and informative throughout the entire process. He didn’t just do the work; he took the time to be very thorough in explaining exactly what was going on with the toilet replacement and the water heater. It’s rare to find someone who is that transparent and helpful with the details.
Beyond the technical work, our tenants absolutely loved him. He was respectful of their space and made the whole visit a breeze. He truly turned this into a wonderful experience for us, and we would love to always work with Drew for any future needs.
