100% recommend Rosie … I haven’t had extensions in over 20 years! She was so knowledgeable, answered all my questions and more.. did a fabulous job of my hair and is just a lovely person… would highly recommend. All the girls were friendly and helpful 🫶🏻🫶🏻

First time vising Foxy Hair @ Metro Centre and the experience was well worth the money... Sophie was so patient with me and totally understood what I was looking for. I adore coming to Foxy, always such a welcoming atmosphere and the girls are so friendly. I wouldn’t get my hair extensions done anywhere else! They’re such high quality and they last ages with proper looking after :) so worth it!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I’ve had extensions for years and never had a problem, but these were absolutely awful! Within the first week they became matted despite perfect care; brushing them was a nightmare. I used appropriate products, slept with my hair in loose braids using silk scrunchies and a silk hair cap, but they are such poor quality there was nothing I could do to stop them becoming a frizzy, tangled mess.
I had to keep them in a braid at all times to avoid knotting, even in a ponytail the ends matted-up. I emailed via the website multiple times but never received a reply. I went to another salon who examined the extensions and told me they’re not Remy, they’re cheap and poorly made, the follicles run in different directions, hence the constant knotting.
I can’t believe how much I spent only for my hair to look absolutely disgusting. Do not be fooled - the hair will appear soft and smooth at time of application, but within a week becomes a ratty mess.
I submitted this review to their website and surprise, it is not displayed. The only reviews on their website are 5 stars, so they obviously just don't publish any other reviews.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Only 8 weeks of wear!!! I had these extensions fitted in January, used all recommended after care. Oiled hair at least once a day, slept in a loose plait with a silk bonnet and skill pillow cases. Washed my hair MAX once a week, normally would go longer than a week as my hair doesn’t get greasy or I would just wash the top. The hair just falls out and breaks off, the difference is ridiculous and this was only the second fitting!!!! I had a break inbewteeen fittings and this was the result. I domt know whether I had a dodgy Batch or something but I am really let down as they looked so beautiful at the start. I can’t believe this is what they looked like after only 8 weeks and so much care. *** both of these pictures are with the extensions in, it’s hard to tell as the after is so bad, my natural hair looked better the second time
Have been coming to foxy now for years- had multiple methods- nanos, pre bonds, wefts, genius weft, everything from a few inches for length up to 300g glam transformation of pre bonds and 300g with weave and pre bonds, colour flashes. Extensions fitted by multiple staff, weekly blow dries and colour done and cuts. Nothing is too much, the most amazing and accommodating salon, will squeeze you in even when fully booked. All the girls are so lovely I would consider them friends. You could not be in safer hands I am picky and never had a single fault, no damage to natural hair- the hair is amazing I always go for the Russian Mongolian hair :)xxx
I can't thank Sophie enough for her lovely work! She previously fitted tape-in extensions for me, and today I booked a wash and blow-dry—once again, I couldn't be happier! 🙂

WORST COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I have been using hair extensions for over 15 years and I can honestly say this is the worst hair I have ever received. The hair was as my hairdresser quoted 'synthetic mix and clearly curly hair' not the straight that I had brought. I had it in my hair for a matter of weeks before I asked my hairdresser to remove it due to it being such poor quality. I then had to buy a whole set of hair from another brand as I was sick and tired of having to use half a bottle of £20 conditioner everytime I wash my hair just so I could get a brush through it. I have followed aftercare and used the best products and never had a proble with any other brwnd. I thought I would try a cheaper brand and it unfortunately has been the worse mistake of my life and ended up costing me twice having to replace with a new brand.
Anyways, I sent back for there so called testing of there Z grade hair and kept getting ignored, months have passed now and a generic email that they have sent the hair back with a cover letter of there findings. I do not live at that address anymore- and why would I want faulty unuseable hair that I can't do anything with. The bin wouldn't want it. Why would you not communicate your findings via email and ask for a return address to return it to, instead of ignoring me and sending an AI style message saying it wa sent week ago with so called findings to an address I do not live at. All a big scam-will be filing a chargeback. Pay a bit more and get useable hair, for what I pay nearly £400 for I could probably get better quality down the hair shop for £30. Gutted that I trusted this company to look into this and do the right thing instead of filing a chargeback straight away. If you care about how your hair looks and care about your money, customer service and finding a solution if something goes wrong then please do not shop here. No one likes being scammed

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was ignored for weeks, originally trying to arrange a return via live chat but no one was ever available and the auto message said someone would contact me and never did. I wanted to confirm returns address. In the end sent it to the address on the website. For weeks they strung me along stating they was looking into it, testing it etc. Heard nothing- I then chased it again to be told that something was sent including a cover letter of there findings and they will check the tracking. This was 3 months after I placed my original order. Why would a company not email you with the findings and ask for an address to return the faulty product to? As they knew it was subpar and i would file a chargeback and as they didnt want the hair they wanted a tracking no to try and find it. I had moved over a month before and have my tenancy agreement to prove I no longer reside at the address they state they sent it to, although tracking was never provided so who really knows. I waited weeks to try and resolve it with them in the end just requesting a partial refund as they had been worn for two weeks and I was desperate to sort this out amicably but they completely ignored me. Dire company, dreadful customer experience, even worse quality products and now have to go through a chargeback- save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

Im saddened and quite frustrated to read this review as we are far from what you claim us to be. We run everything very fairly to ensure that when anything does go wrong, we look to rectify any problems as soon as possible. On this occasion it was found after testing that your hair was not faulty. You reported to us that the hair was curly and that your hairdresser had made a comment that the hair was mixed with synthetic hair. Firstly I can assure you that no hair we sell is ever mixed with anything synthetic, its 100% human hair sourced from very reputable suppliers. The tests we ran verified that the hair was 100% human. You purchased Indian hair and one of the characteristics of this hair type is that it has a wave when wet. Lots of clients purchase the hair for this reason and work with the natural texture of the hair whilst others blow-dry it smooth and straight. If you were wanting a straight texture then our Russian Mongolian hair would have been the better option for you. We are always available via email or telephone for any questions you may have before purchase but the question of texture was not raised. Our Indian Hair, even being our lowest grade of hair that we supply, typically gets outstanding reviews for its value for money. You do however need to ensure that the correct care is followed and you don’t deviate from the manufactures aftercare instructions. We noted that alternative products were used on the hair which, with continued use, can cause extensions to dry out and become unmanageable.
We offer a very fair one month guarantee on all of our hair, no matter if you purchase our standard or premium lines of hair. This guarantee is activated upon purchase of the correct products and is valid for one month following purchase. To offer good customer service, we did follow through with your request to test the hair even though there was no guarantee activated on the hair and it was quite substantially beyond the timeframe of any such guarantee.
To address the claim that we ignored you for months. This is certainly not correct. You asked us via a missed live chat message at the end of August 2024 if you could return two packs of hair as you over ordered. A full 2 months later, on 23rd October we received a parcel back from you containing these 2 packs of hair plus your full batch of used hair that you had taken out, there was no email communication to say you were doing this and no note inside of the parcel, just the order number for reference. We emailed you immediately to ask the reason for the full used batch being returned. We didn’t receive a response to this email until 13th November which is when you asked for the hair to be tested. We had the results ready to send back to you within 7 days so I do dispute that claim that we ignored you and that we took months. As soon as you provided us with all of the correct information, it was dealt with immediately and in line with our policies. Our policy states that we aim to test the hair within a 2-3 week timeframe, we did this within 7 days. Our policy also states that the findings will be reported back via post along with the tested hair so you are able to view the results. Company policy was followed every step of the way. Unfortunately because there was no fault found, your request for a refund was denied and you were informed of this via post. We very very strongly dispute that we are a scam company. We are a small family run business and all of our policies are very fair and in line with industry standard in regards to testing hair and returns. I am sorry you are disappointed with the outcome of our findings, but we cannot refund hair after several months of purchase and whereby a fault was not found.
