It was really great experience, normally those kind of meetings are tending to be lame and boring (sorry :D) but actually with Marcel it was fun, illustrative and oriented based on my needs and requests, also all the recommendation from him made a lot of sense and very supportive, he was very patient and walked me through the process very smoothly and patiently so i really recommend anyone who needs any advise to directly contact him :D

Very helpful, supportive, honest, and transparent about all details and questions. He patiently explores alternative options with fairness and high care, as if selecting the best options for himself if he was in your position. Finding someone or an entity to help and support English-speaking expats with language barriers is a significant added value, especially during stressful urgent events that with language/communication difficulties would make the situation harder to handle if you were alone.

He treats you not as a client to be exploited, but offers genuine guidance, and consistently follows up in a timely manner to ensure you don't miss any opportunities for improvement regarding finances. He advises based on his beliefs and principles, making him the ultimate go-to person.
One of my personal experience, I lost the house keys and needed new ones to enter, and it costed a big amount that needed to be paid to the "Schlüsseldienst". Marcel and Sabine took care of everything and had the cost reimbursed by the insurance company within just seven days. The service was outstanding! Highly recommended!
