They represented me in a jury trial in Jefferson County where I was wrongfully accused by an Arvada Police Officer that resulted in a Not Guilty verdict on all charges. Shelbi, who works with Gerash Steiner Blanton, is the best thing that ever happened to me! My husband and I were in motorcycle accident that left my husband with a moderate TBI. On top of trying to heal from that, he was forced to go through the criminal court process when he was clearly not ready. Shelbi was a god send! She talked to him like he was a normal person, instead of how everyone else talked over his head to talk to me since I was his caretaker. She made him feel like he had a say in what was going on and explained the entire process each time. She never lost patients with either us, and did a ton of work to ensure the best possible outcome. In the end, we had a favorable outcome and we owe all of that to her. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for caring representation, not just another lawyer looking to line their pockets with your money.

okay so shelbi was my lawyer just like a week ago and she was seriously so amazing for so many reasons; she was super kind and helpful and endlessly patient with me; she kept me updated about my cases like really well which was very much appreciated; she responded to phone calls and texts in timely manners (even the couple ones in the middle of the night/early morning!) shelbi helped get all my cases cleared up with like really good outcomes imho and totally advocated for me in a way that nobody's ever done for me in court before. overall I am I'm so incredibly grateful to have been linked up with this firm and ms. danner and I'm still blown away by how much she did on my behalf. thank you guys like so much!

One of the best experiences I could have had during one of the toughest times of my life. In 2019 I had received a DUI and without the help of Dan Gerash, i don't believe i would have gotten through it. From start to finish he was professional, friendly, and the communication was top notch. Any questions i had Dan and his assistant Dianne were there with an answer. If they didn't have the answer right away they always knew who to contact and got back to me in a timely manner. Even after my sentencing, Dan was there to assist me with DMV/license questions. I found myself asking Dan and Dianne more questions then I would ask my Probation Officer. They just were so easy to communicate with. Two years after my sentencing when i had my final court appearance to come off probation, Dan was right there to assist me. He goes the extra mile for his clients. I high recommend him for any legal troubles you may have.
