Tanner with Gerard did an incredible job, he even took the time to educate me on everything he was doing. Came in and diagnosed everything very quickly on my furnace and was very thorough. Didn’t try to upsell me, just told me the part and replaced it. Told me if there were any other issues to contact him and that he would even check in with me in a few days personally to make sure everything was working fine. I called and left a VM after hours in the dead of winter with sub zero temps and they called me back before 8 AM the next day and had Tanner out before 10:30. I am so impressed by the customer service, efficiency, and their cost effectiveness. All of my HVAC needs will be going to Gerard and will be recommending to anyone I know.
My furnace went out, they came to troubleshoot the same day. It tuned out the furnace needed to be replaced. They provided space heaters at no cost and installed a new furnace the next day. Highly recommended.

Gerard Heating & Air was recommended by my real estate agent. I’m glad I called them. The came out, gave us a fair estimate. We accepted the estimate, and they came out the next day and got it done. They were polite & respectful, and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them!
The service was fine, but Jacob was not told that, not only was the heat coil pack was bad, but also the heat pump was underperforming. He was ready to leave in his truck when my daughter went out and asked him about the heat pump. I must say though, there was no extra charge for the lv electrical repair he did outside.
Update: We received a call from the owner who has done everything in his power to make this situation right. He was surprised and outraged to learn of this situation. He has reached out multiple times to follow up and make sure he communicates the re-training of his staff.
Imagine being promised that their techs completing the work were trustworthy and would not do anything that would cause our family stress since the work was going to be completed when we were not home. First mistake on my part, not being home to monitor or check their work in person. We came home to our floors throughout our home stained and scratched up. They didn’t have enough “man power” to properly carry our old furnace out, and it dragged across our floors. They also left a trail of black throughout the whole basement and upstairs to our thermostat. But the worst part was the techs used our bathroom, where we had turned our water off to protect our pipes from freezing. Finding poop left in our toilet was bad enough but they stained our bathroom to the point of having to throw rugs out. It was clear they used the bathroom multiple times, even though the water was off. Sigh. We have a working furnace and heat again. I just wish I didn’t have to spend hours cleaning up behind techs who I know saw the mess they left and just acted like this all was normal. Very little respect for our family and our home. We will have to replace our floors because of the damage left in multiple rooms.
