We have had our Geotrek van for 6 months now and just did our first long trip (Colorado to the Oregon Coast.) It is fantastic beyond anything we could have imagined. 2 people, 2 dogs, comfortable, well designed, so fun to drive. We did a LOT of research, and Geotrek was hands down the best camper van we saw. Most of all the staff at the Geotrek office are friendly, and so helpful. We have cell numbers we can call any time 24/7 if we run into trouble, there is no pressure about sales, they just want you to be well informed. LOVE our Geotrek van!!

Eight months into my Geotrek ownership experience and I have to say that it has exceeded my expectations. I was drawn to the build for its simplicity and functionality. I love the clean look of the cabinetry and the bamboo. But it doesn’t just look good - it works. The cabinetry is solid wood with high quality hinges and latches. The only noise I’ve had turned out to be a rattle in the door, not the build itself. I really like that things are pretty basic and open - giving me an opportunity to customize my space as I see fit.
I now live and work in the van full time. The bed is super comfortable. I typically work from the bench seat, but also have a mount for the table so I can work from the passenger seat (swiveled around) as well. I have the 10 kWh battery upgrade and the Starlink. It’s been a great setup and I can easily be off grid in one spot for several days before needing to think about charging the batteries again.
The van build alone would be a great reason to go with Geotrek, but their customer service and support is what has made me a huge fan, not to mention the owner community. You are never alone in your journey. Geotrek provides 24/7 support for any issue or question you encounter. Even if it isn’t their issue. Matt coached me through a situation where the van wasn’t accelerating and walked me through a reset of the Mercedes electronics (per advice he’d gotten from the service advisor at Mercedes). Another instance was when after about 6 months of owning the van, the bed platform started to sag in the front. They didn’t just fix it - they replaced it with a better material. No hassle - just reported the problem and they made it right. That was impressive.
They also sponsor meetups for Geotrek owners and there’s a very active and helpful facebook group. Great community to be a part of - glad I became a Geotrek owner!

Amazing experience and amazing van! I learned about this company through social media, and even though it was a couple states away, I was so impressed that I still thought it would be the best option for building a van. I was able to get an idea of what I wanted on the website, then talk to Becca to make sure that I would get all the details on the build I wanted. The turnaround was insanely quick, and I was so impressed when I picked up the van. Bonus, they worked with me funding through my local credit union. When I had some EcoFlow issues after driving the van home, the Geotrek team was quick to reach out to EcoFlow for a firmware push, all in the course of a day or two. Highly recommend!

My husband and I researched many different vans, eliminating some due to high process, cramped quarters and poor design. Then we stumbled upon Geotrek at a local VanExpo; immediate impressions were that they were built for everything we would ever need to boondock, travel, and camp comfortably. The staff at the Expo included the founders of the company and highly invested members eager to answer all of our questions. There was no other choice for us after spending time with these very knowledgeable and helpful young men and women.
We ordered our van in late October and were able to pick up our van in December. Again, the van impressed us with its beauty and practicality, as well as comfort and design. The whole delivery, headed by Trevor and Matt, went smoothly and found it to be enlightening. Questions from the road on rare occasions were answered immediately; they really do have actual people on-call 24 hours a day. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our van and the entire Geotrek experience!

We purchased our van last November. After doing too much research I came to the conclusion that Geotrek had a superior product. Didn’t want to go to Camping World for a big manufacturer build that’s always broken or a 250K private builder. We’ve been to harvest hosts off grid camping and the van has done its job. Love the EcoFlow system. Our fridge was giving us issues but the Geotrek crew swapped it out right away. See you guys in Oregon in June. Can’t wait.

The experience with Geotrek has been phenomenal!! We have been looking at vans for a few years and found Geotrek was a perfect fit. Starting with the sales team(Becca), who answered all of our questions and made the purchase extremely easy and no pressure. We added a few upgrades and received our van 2 weeks later. Sophie did the walk through and spent a lot of time going through all aspects of the van. The great part of this company is that everyone was a builder and knows every detail of these vans. All employees and the owners great you and introduce themselves when walking through the site. They have established a great culture at the company and you can tell in the craftsmanship of these builds. I just got off the phone with service to add a rack for bikes and Chris squeezed us in before vacation. Same experience, very friendly and helpful.
The company does have events for their van owners, workshops to large meet ups on the coast of Oregon, Lake Powell and many other places. I'm glad we waited and picked Geotrek to be the van for us. Highest recommendation possible!!

We absolutely love our Geotrek van. The Mercedes Sprinter is so capable and the people at Geotrek walked us through all the information we would need to keep up maintenance for both the van and the camper components. We chose a Convoy layout with two bump outs to accommodate tall sleepers and a cpap machine on the counter next to the head of the east-west bed. It’s perfect. The cabinetry is beautiful. The refrigerator is spacious and there is plenty of storage space and ample electrical outlets. Best of all, Geotrek is more than a company with great service. It is also a thriving community of kind folks who share their experiences and expertise. We would highly recommend purchasing a camper van from Geotrek to anyone in the market.

Just wanted to share a recent experience with Geotrek. I live in CO and decided to drive by the factory without an appointment. Was greeted immediately and offered a tour of the factory and a Flatiron Van they had outside. The van that was just built was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Had everything we needed to fit our needs perfectly. We added a few upgrades and within a couple of weeks we had the van of our dreams. I have looked at a lot of Sprinter options and most of them just had to many accessories that I didn’t want. Geotrek was exactly what I was looking for. These guys know the vans and a client's needs so well. On pick up, once you walk through the doors you immediately feel part of the family. Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful. Matt and Sophie were spectacular giving you the guided tour and answering all the how to qs, tips and tricks of van life. I know there were many others we interacted with that also were amazing.
