We had our initial cleaning for the year and the team did a thorough cleanup and inspection of all components of the pond and waterfall. We have over 100 fish and all were handled carefully and without a single loss of a fish. This is the cleanest the pond has looked since new. We are looking forward to our monthly service to keep our pond in great shape. Dustin and Cody did a professional and thorough job. We have been challenged over the years of finding a quality and reliable service for our pond and waterfall features. Finally ! We highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Georgia Koi & Pond!! Chad did a fantastic job fixing my leaky spillway and bringing my waterfall and pond back to life. He not only replaced the leaking liner and leveled the spillway but he also completely redesigned the spillway so it provided a more consistent flow of water and looked much more natural than it did before. His professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. I am extremely happy with all the work he did.

Follow up to my review in August: Despite Chad's best efforts to save me money (which I really appreciate), I ended up having to replace my old and leaky Koi pond liner. Chad and his crew did phenomenal work to dig out and remove tree roots, extend the surface area of the pond, and completely remodel the waterfall and rock arrangement around the perimeter. The result is a beautiful, fully restored pond with two very happy fish. I highly recommend Georgia Koi & Pond!

I recently hired Chad to clean my koi fountain, and he did an exceptional job! Not only did he thoroughly clean the fountain and remove all the algae buildup, but he was also very careful with the koi, ensuring they stayed safe and stress-free throughout the process. Chad was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless and running smoothly. He even gave me tips on maintenance to keep the fountain looking great between cleanings. If you’re in Forsyth County or surrounding area and need a pond cleaned, Chad, the owner of Georgia Koi & Pond LLC, is the best choice! My pond was a murky green and had multiple leaks, making it difficult to enjoy. Chad worked his magic, transforming the water to a crystal-clear state and fixing every leak. His attention to detail and expertise were clear. Chad also has a large collection of fish and was kind enough to bring us two beautiful blue goldfish friends, which added life and color to our pond.
