The venue and the management team at gentry pines was perfect! The lakeside ceremony site made for the dreamiest place to say “I do”! This site also provided the most stunning sunset pictures! The cocktail hour location allows for a smooth and easy transfer into the reception. I loved that our bartenders were able to serve both out of their mobile bar and through the window during cocktail hour! It allowed guests to receive drinks in a super timely manner! The reception is stunning! It did the perfect job of complimenting our decor and allowed for the perfect amount of class to be added. The wooden tables were stunning and I was able to work with Tracy to create the perfect layout that accommodated all 150 of our guests while still allowing plenty of room for dancing and comfortability. The bridal suite was so spacious and was the perfect space for 10 girls to get ready in with plenty of room! The groomsmen suite came with some games that the boys enjoyed playing while waiting to get ready! The golf cart “shuttle” was such a nice accommodation to have for guests in aiding them get to the ceremony site and yo cocktail hour! All in all this venue as well as all of the management allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams and aided in helping our day run seamlessly!

We had our wedding at this incredible venue, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about our experience. Tracy and her entire team went above and beyond for us. Christina was an absolute angel she made sure every detail was taken care of from start to finish, and her calm, organized presence made our day completely stress-free. The venue itself is breathtaking. Everything is beautifully kept, from the outdoor spaces to the reception area. Both the bridal suite and the groom’s suite were stunning spacious, clean, and perfect for getting ready with our families. Our day was genuinely perfect, and so much of that is thanks to this amazing team and this gorgeous venue. If you’re looking for a place that is beautiful, well-run, and full of people who truly care about your day, this is the one. We are so grateful!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Gentry Pines! From start to finish, they truly went above and beyond to make my wedding day absolutely perfect. From the moment we toured the space to the very last moment of our wedding day, the team did everything in their power to bring our vision to life. It rained on our wedding day, but the staff handled everything flawlessly—rearranging, adjusting, and ensuring that every detail was still picture-perfect. The entire day felt magical, and it was everything I could have ever dreamed of. Throughout the entire planning process, Tracy was so accommodating, kind, and helpful, ALWAYS going out of her way to make sure everything was exactly how we imagined it. The venue itself is stunning, but the people behind it truly made it exceptional. It was everything we could’ve ever dreamed of. I totally recommend this venue for any occasion. Like weddings, birthday parties, etc. Tracy Brooks the owner is an excellent person, so kind and helpful. The place has everything you can need. Very beautiful and spacious. The entire team was wonderful and took care of us. They made sure our day were a smooth success. Tracy was amazing to work with. Her demeanor left us at ease and confident in our decision of choosing The Venue at Gentry Pines our wedding venue. The natural beauty inside and out made it an obvious choice for us being nature lovers and even our decorator admitted she needed to do very minimal as far as decorating. Most of what she did was for the tables only. Guests were in awe of the views during the ceremony and amazed with the grandeur of the reception hall. The golf carts are a very nice touch and the team was top notch. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to family and friends

The Venue at Gentry Pines was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From the start, my now husband and I felt so welcomed and included in everything involved in planning our wedding. Tracy and our coordinator were great at communicating and making sure we were happy with how things would go the day of. The weather wasn't on our side for the lakeside ceremony, but that didn't stop the team from making sure it was still a beautiful ceremony, and even made sure we got couple shots by the lake after the rain settled down. The indoor reception was also a dream come true and was better than my husband and I could have imagined. We could not recommend this venue any more!

My wedding was here this past Saturday and I’m still on a high from the most perfect day! The venue is so gorgeous, all my guest are still talking about it. Pictures don’t do it justice -it’s breathtaking especially seeing the sunset on the lake. I had about 130 guest and multiple vendors and we still had sooo much space. The reception area is such a good size without compromising on the look I was going for. The ceremony on the lake ohh emm gee! Just beautiful! Our guest getting transported to the ceremony lake area I think added to the experience and they loved it! The service was amazing from the venue owner Tracy and her team. Just a seamless process the entire way through. She was so patient, understanding and willing to help any time I needed to get a question answered or visit the property. Everything came out so beautiful the day of. It was honestly even more beautiful than expected. I’m sooo happy I went with this venue over the others I toured! 10000% recommend. The bridal suite and Grooms suite were so conveniently located right on property and Tracy and her team had the most beautiful spread of charcuterie and champagne waiting for my girls and I. I’m honestly so grateful to the venue at gentry pines team for making our wedding the dreamiest day ever! This venue is so special and I wish them nothing but success!! They deserve it all -this place is such a gem!
