Genki Mobile offers an outstanding experience all around! The setup is seamless, the wifi router is reliable and incredibly user-friendly, and their prices are very reasonable. Plus, their service quality is exceptional: I reached out to inquire about a specific router model I loved during my last trip to Japan, and they made it happen (delivering it to Narita Airport, T2). I wouldn't hesitate to use Genki Mobile again anytime!

Genki Mobile is terrific. I have used them multiple times for mobile wifi and SIM cards while traveling in Japan. Their services are very easy to navigate on the website to select the right product needed. Pickup was very simple (at Haneda airport in my case) and return was even easier - just needed to drop the items in pre-addressed envelope into Japan Post receptacle at the airport on my way out. Whenever there was a question or clarification about my order, I received a personal email from their customer service department. I would definitely use them again, every time I get to travel in Japan. thank you!

Great product, great service. I got a 1GB plan originally, and then upgraded to a different product with 7 GB per day. They were very easy to work with, and returning phone with envelope was easy.

Excellent E2E communication by Genki team. No issue with the Pocket WiFi, easy to operate and come with easy to follow step-by-step instructions. But Pocket WiFi drain battery fairly quick. Thankfully it comes with a small battery bank. The only downside was the mobile coverage - quite a few spots difficult to get good signal level and at some spots no signal. Overall, I'm satisfied with service provided by Genki. Will definitely use them for my next Japan trip.

Second time using this company for my trip to Japan. And it won’t be the last time! I absolutely loved using the portable wifi. I felt safe knowing I had wifi with me at all times. Easy to use when getting it. Very easy steps to activate it. And it’s a nice small device that can fit in any size bag or purse. The battery life on them are amazing. I be leaving my hotel at 8am and coming back to it at 9pm and I still have battery life to it. See you again Genkimobile in 2027!
