Call these guys. I was able to get a next day appointment. Got a text that the tech was on the way and it had live GPS tracking as well as a picture of the tech. Colby, our tech, was excellent. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Thankfully there was no leak detected but the peace of mind was worth it. $320 with tax and he spent over 3 hours here. Colby was very cautious and cared about not making a big mess and ensured the place was left clean. He also engaged in conversation and was pleasant.
When our water heater went out we received a response very quickly. Taras arrived very fast, assessed our situation, explained everything to me and gave me a price. About an hour later he returned with the necessary parts and had us up and running in short order. Taras was very nice to work with and did an excellent job

We had purchased a new kitchen range that required the placement of the existing gas line to be altered before it would slide in to the wall. To make matters worse the range was not working and the appointment with the authorized LG service tech was more than a week away. David not only did an excellent job on the gas line but got our stove working as well. I could not have been more satisfied.

I awoke the other morning to a garage full of water, obviously coming from the bottom of my 15 year old hot water heater. From previous work that I had done at my house, I called Gene Johnson Plumbing and put my request in for a technician to schedule a visit. Within the hour, Noah Amini MW was dispatched to my house and he arrived shortly thereafter. Noah determined very easily the hot water tank was leaking and then proceeded to explain fully the options to replace the tank. He outlined three different options and answered completely to my satisfaction the questions that I did have. I opted for the basis replacement and Noah started the work. Noah also went beyond my expectations in cleaning and re-painting the hot water stand and made some changes from the previous installation such as re-locating the pressure tank and adding a trap for the gas line.
Within about five hours, Noah was done, completely cleaned up the area and hauled away the old water heater. Basically, about 6 hours after my initial discovery of the leak and Noah from Gene Johnson arriving, I was able to take a very nice hot shower!
I was very happy with the service that Noah performed and Gene Johnson Plumbing's quick response. I would recommend them and Noah for any plumbing work and will make them my first call again.

Plumber Aaron performed annual inspection of all household water supply points. He also drained hot water heater of sediment buildup. Aaron was efficient and thorough, and performed all his work with courtesy and a professional attitude. He suggested areas for improvement. He is also going to send an estimate to replace and vertically move our front hose bib.
