June 12, 2026 Plumber Aaron performed annual inspection of all household water supply points. He also drained hot water heater of sediment buildup. Aaron was efficient and thorough, and performed all his work with courtesy and a professional attitude. He suggested areas for improvement. He is also going to send an estimate to replace and vertically move our front hose bib.

He was very friendly, professional, and knew all about our system. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything and the whole experience felt honest and straightforward. Hugo Lira-Hernandez of Gene Johnson Plumbing did an awesome job for us. We had a hot water pipe burst saturating a wall - he showed up quickly, put us in contact with a water damage company and worked with/around them to re-plumb four brittle CPVC pipes into copper/PEX in an afternoon. Great communication, knowledgeable and helped me figure out a solution my problem in a way that gives me peace of mind for the future. I plan to have them do additional repiping for me before another pipe bursts and hope to work with Hugo again.
