I had the most wonderful experience at this jewelry store. I stopped in for help removing a ring, and the two gentlemen who assisted me were exceptionally kind, gentle, and professional. They handled everything with such care and genuine warmth that I immediately felt at ease. Their selection of jewelry is absolutely stunning, I wanted to get it all! It’s clear this store holds itself to the highest standards, both in quality and service. Truly the top jewelry destination, with staff who make every visit feel special. Highly recommended!!

I had my watch resized and happens to forget my wallet Howard just let me walked out wearing my watch that if I am about to do bad then its a goodbye. Just walked in off the street asking them if they could resize a bracelet on a watch that I did not even buy there. He resized the bracelet perfectly and quickly. When I asked him how much I owed him, he smiled and told me “enjoy your nice watch.” Even when I insisted on paying him, he refused. Afterwards, I stayed for 30 minutes and chatted with the owners. Aside from the fact that they have beautiful inventory, they are a real “old school” Neighborhood jeweler that’s been around for many years. A dying breed! Wonderful shop. I highly recommend. I had purchased from Gelber and Mundy many years ago and always found them to be really fantastic to work with. More recently, I had to have clasps changed on a couple of white gold chains, and a knot removed from another. Each time, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and at an incredibly reasonable price. Everytime I am in the store, I admire the jewelry on display - it's beautiful and no matter what your taste, you can find something! The staff is always professional and very friendly and I look forward to working with the store again in the future (hopefully for some more fun, larger purchases).

My fiancée and I came by to get her engagement ring size checked and we felt so comfortable with every step of the process! Even though the ring wasn’t from this store they never let us feel judged or rushed and patiently explained what we needed to get the ring to fit right. We will definitely be back in the future for anything watch or jewelry related.
