I live locally & always enjoy two scoops of ice cream to share with my 6 yr old , Saturday the queue was long for hot chocolate so I can appreciate ppl want to be served quickly but the portions are always hit & miss , two tiny scoops for us & the guy in front of me got normal portion served by the other person , it’s like Russian roulette ,, im sorry I shall never return since your staff pick and choose the portion sizes … day light robbery

We are so sorry that you received anything less than excellent service this weekend. As you mentioned, the queues were exceptionally long and the staff were under a great deal of pressure. But you are right, there is never an excuse for inconsistency and we can only apologise. This is one of the biggest challenges we face when it is uncharacteristically busy and although it may sound like an empty sentiment we are genuinely always trying to find ways to improve. Thank you for taking the time to bring it to our attention. Again, we can only apologise and assure you that it was a genuine mistake and that no disrespect was intended.

One of the absolute best ice cream joints in London. Plenty of choice but not a ridiculous amount like some places where you spend an hour just choosing flavours. I had biscuit and crema Siciliana and they were both delissshhh. If you're in Richmond and don't go here then you need help because I can't think of a reason why you wouldn't. Every time.
The texture and smoothness of the ice cream is spot on, creamy and velvety without being over sweet. They really nailed it.

Very thick chocolate, which tastes so premium.
It is hot which is perfect in cold weather. Really great to have with a scoop of Gelato. The cold Gelato combines perfectly with the thick hot chocolate.
Was really perfect and one of the best hot chocolates I have tasted and reasonably priced.
