One of the best, fastest, and loyal companies I have encountered. As a first time home buyer I didn’t have much experience specially when my furnace went out in the middle of winter, this company came checked it out and the next day they were here installing it! Love a family owned company!!! They were great everyone you talk to shoutout to nick for answering all our questions and giving us peace of mind!

I've recently inherited a house, which is proving to be a lot more difficult and expensive of a process than I would have ever imagined. While at my lowest financially, I was in need of help and contacted a local church organization. Within a week, the organization sent out Gee and Missler, who was able to fix my furnace within just a few minutes. I couldn't be more thankful for both Gee and Missler, and for St. Joseph's Helpers. You made surviving this winter possible.
Upon recommendation of a family member, I recently had Gee & Missler replace my gas furnace & A/C unit that were coming to the end of their lifespan. The whole process, from getting quotes to the post-installation inspections by my township went very smoothly! Every person who worked with me was knowledgeable, efficient, and agreeable throughout the process. I was kept up to date on each step along the way. I highly recommend Gee & Missler!
Hidden fee, I had a preventative maintenance check and called for pricing. When the tech told me the balance and I questioned it he said their charges start from the location they are at to the customers door and goes from there. That was never told to me by the office staff when I set up the appointment and requested pricing. The tech responded " sorry hun".
Company reached out to me to resolve issue. I appreciate the quick response and resolution we came to.

I made an appointment to have my furnace inspected and tuned up. Because of their hours of availability, I took off part of a workday. By the time the arrival window passed, no one showed up and no one called to tell me why. They will not get my business again.
Update: a representative from the company contacted me the following day and offered to make it right after the scheduling mistake. I declined because I had made an appt. already with another company.
One star because I was just driving in Ann Arbor behind your employee in van 17 and they were on their phone texting and swerving in and out of their lane while also driving way below the speed limit. This is not only incredibly dangerous for a man of that age to be texting while driving and also highly unprofessional. I’m sure your insurance carrier wouldn’t like that. I have sustained life threatening injuries due to workers being on their phones while operating work trucks. Please be safe.
