If you are looking for a first aid training provider you can't do better than these guys! They have an immense amount of experience in front line emergency work and effectively share that knowledge in a relaxed, friendly way. Less than one week after successfully completing a FREC3 course I found myself faced with a real life situation (someone frightened and with chest pains which required an ambulance to hospital). I was really surprised at how comfortable I felt dealing with the situation. Thanks Gareth and Michelle!

Top notch professional training service. The entire journey from course registration to receiving my certificate was seamless with timely reminders and progress updates. I also received prompt replies to my enquiries via email. I have no regrets with GDR Solutions. It was a very interesting session. Trainer kept us engaged and clearly has loads of experience and had us thinking out of the box. I am now more confident in assisting anyone choking as well as performing CPR. The defibrillator was something I dreaded but after my training yesterday I am confident in using it and now know how to look for one nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed that it was very interactive and time flew by :-)

Frec 4 wow what a course the instructors really know their stuff, if you want to learn how to do it right this is the company to go too. it was hard work with lots of support and encouragement from Michelle and Gareth. I've come away from the course exhausted and tired but they have relit my flame to want to learn more. To say thanks is not enough you guys are amazing!

This course was in depth covered a lot of issues but was very good and the trainer michele was brillant she went through everything with us would definitely do more courses with GDR

This was my second experience of this course with Michelle, having completed it 3 years ago. The premisis is easy to find (parking can be an issue but wasn't for me this time as the nearby side roads were fairly empty). The course is intense but both the e-learning part and the face-to-face day are excellent and really informative. Michelle is a great comunicator and puts everyone at ease. She is obviously very experienced and explains things well giving real life examples. Freindly and efficient communication from Gareth too. Highly recommend.

I did my FREC4 with GDR. Well organised and interactive sessions. The class size was small which helped ensure everyone got to spend the time required on their practicals. Will definitely use them again.
