I have been using this company for ink cartridges for several years now and have stuck with them as the service has been very good and I have never had a problem, I don't buy that many maybe one a year as it's for home use only. I recently bought a fresh black cartridge for my very old Canon Printer and I couldn't get it to work properly. I rung them up and we talked it through over the phone but I was still confused. Graham got in his van and drove all the way upto my house a good 30 miles and fixed it for me. That is old school customer service. No charge added. Very unusual that but I can safely recommend this company.
