Disappointing to say the least My experience with this firm was disappointing. The matter for which I retained counsel was relatively straightforward and limited in scope, yet I frequently found myself chasing updates, correcting information, and driving the process forward. Communication was sporadic, and responses often came only after repeated attempts to make contact. The most concerning part was that despite paying for legal assistance, I ultimately had to handle substantial portions of the process myself, including direct coordination with the court to ensure the matter was completed correctly. After raising my concerns and requesting a partial refund, I received no meaningful response from firm management. That lack of accountability was particularly frustrating. I understand that no attorney can guarantee outcomes. My dissatisfaction has nothing to do with the outcome of the case itself. Rather, it stems from the level of service, responsiveness, and follow-through I received as a client. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective clients to carefully consider their expectations regarding communication and client support before retaining this firm.

My daughter and I went to this office to follow up on her divorce that this firm was hired for. Gavvl Law has missed the submission dates for her divorce to be finalized. We had a court case, the divorce was granted, she paid in full for the services, and her paperwork hasn’t been submitted for final signatures. We have been round and round with the co-owner Stephanie, Nick the lawyer she was using, and their office staff. No one will give me any direct information. We went to the location address listed as their office because we need help to get this done. We were told they haven’t been there in years. If you plan on using Gavvl Law services be very aware. I’m not sure if they are ever going to complete this.

Client confidentiality prevents us from discussing the specifics of any matter publicly, and we are unable to share case information with family members absent written authorization from the client. We can clarify generally that our attorneys practice throughout the state out of several offices, and all in-person meetings are by appointment — we do not maintain walk-in hours. Our Cincinnati office is a shared building with several other businesses, and whoever provided information at that location was not a member of our firm or staff.
