Never got instructions for endoscopy. Reached out and got a text back. Not happy that they are not on my chart. Difficult communications. Had 2 procedures and still have not spoke with Dr. 2 PA appts, which were telemed. Terrible - kept getting disconnected, sge just talked to hear herself talk. Dr. Parisienne seemed nice for the 2 minutes I spoke with her before I was anestisized, each time. If the practice is too busy, perhaps they should take less patients. BTW, husband had similar experience with another doctor in this practice. Seems to be the standard for the care they provide. Will be looking for another gastro office.
