Gasper was very quick to respond to request for quote. Once we got clarity on the quote we were able to quickly get the work scheduled. The team arrived when scheduled (following several weather delays (snow on roof) during which they frequently informed us of when they would be out - they protected our plants - and completed the work as planned. They did not try and increase the scope of work as the work was done - but were quick to point out one issue that needed to be addressed. They did a fantastic job cleaning up the property after they were done - obviously with the many roofing nails removed during the roof removal was of concern to us with a dog, but they swept the yard, both with rakes and magnets. The experience with Gasper was most excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again if the need were to arise.

I contacted Gasper Roofing to assist me with a very short notice from my insurance company. They were threatening to drop my investment property because the roof was too old. They wanted the roof to be replaced or they would cancel our policy. The Gasper team understood the assignment and jump on my case immediately. They got the job done in a single day and the estimate was on point. The team was super communicative which is not common nowadays. 100% recommended.

I waited for them to come to our scheduled appointment today at 11am and they never showed. On Wed they came to do a roof estimate as well and I told them they could come but i wouldnt be there in person, the guy came and left because i wasnt there? And today they ghosted me and kept me waiting. This is more than bad communication i don’t know how there are so many good reviews

Great pricing but poor management. It took six weeks to have the windows framed and sills installed inside during the hot summer. I had to hang up bed sheets to “block” the sun during the high summer heat. The gutters were replaced and they installed them to drain on my driveway. Now I have to walk over ice during this snow storm because they didn’t install them the way they were before. Over the garden like it was before. I was supposed to have a final walk through and no one came by.
