Great RV shop. Needed an emergency repair during a trip to Florida and they had the part and were able to save the day. FYI make a checklist and don't forget to plug in the 7 pin plug from your camper to the truck before you leave. Randy went extra mile to make sure all lights working.

We moved to GA from CA and shortly after we got here we experienced our first Georgia storm. That’s when we discovered our roof on our travel trailer was leaking. It leaked into the RV. My wife’s coworker told us about GA RV pros. Michelle helped me get my RV checked in and went over all needed repairs. Melanie was very good at keeping me informed of all needed repairs. Work was great to repair the roof! Great shop to take your RV to get work done!

Do not take your rig here. Complete negligence. I don’t typically leave reviews, but people need to be warned about this place. GA RV Pros had my RV for an entire month just to do an oil change, an inspection, and diagnose my generator. A month is already ridiculous for that list, but the condition they returned it to me in is unacceptable. Here is what they managed to do while it sat there: They left my coach batteries turned on the entire month. They drained them so completely flat that they are totally ruined and won’t take a charge anymore. They left my exterior water heater cover loose. It flew off somewhere down the highway on my drive home. Luckily, I was able to go back and find it, but it never should have happened in the first place. They "inspected" the generator and left that cover loose too. It’s a miracle it didn't fall off on the road and hit someone. I work in the RV industry myself, so I know exactly how a shop should run. The total lack of quality control and basic care here is appalling. I would never, under any circumstances, refer our customers or anyone else to this shop. Avoid them.

Outstanding experience! I had an insurance claim and was able to work through it with ease with the help of GA RV Pros. I even had them fix a bunch of things I could have probably done myself, but at this stage of life time is money so I had them do it all and they did a wonderful job. Turn around time was outstanding even with me continuing to add to the list of repairs. The communication was great and I couldn't be happier!

I cannot say enough good things about GA RV Pros. Just after Memorial Day, when RV service centers are at their busiest and most people are getting their campers ready for the season, we had a large tree fall on our Lance travel trailer. I expected long delays and limited attention because of how busy the industry is this time of year, but the team at GA RV Pros went above and beyond. The outstanding customer service started with Melanie in the service office, who worked hard to get me an appointment the very next day. Once there, Randy and Rudy in the service department thoroughly inspected every inch of the camper, identifying damage that I would have never noticed on my own. They also made temporary repairs to help ensure the camper was safe and functional while we work through the insurance process. Owner Mark Brucks personally took the time to discuss the damage, explain potential repair considerations, and provide valuable advice on how to move forward with the insurance claim. That level of personal attention from an owner is rare these days. What impressed me most was that everyone treated us like more than just another repair ticket. They were knowledgeable, professional, honest, and genuinely concerned about helping us make the best decisions for our situation. The RV industry can sometimes be challenging when it comes to finding both expertise and great customer service. GA RV Pros delivers both. I highly recommend them to anyone needing RV service, repairs, inspections, or simply trustworthy advice. Thank you to Melanie, Randy, Rudy, Mark, and the entire GA RV Pros team for your outstanding support during a stressful situation.

I'm a first-time customer of GA RV Pros and I must say I am impressed. I had called to schedule service and had to cancel and reschedule. Melanie was very helpful getting me in as we have a months long trip next week. Michelle checked me in on delivery day and introduced me to Travis, my tech. Mark, the owner, spent a lot of time with me talking about my issues, giving info on my new part, and just being friendly. Travis did a quick and clean hot water replacement. He did some handy DIY work making sure the fit and finish were professional looking and explained everything he did. What a great, accommodating experience and had my job complete in a day. Thanks folks for all you did for me, especially making sure we wouldn't be late for our trip.

This place is GREAT! Newton’s Law must have been invented for RVs—no matter what, there always seems to be something that needs repair. Thankfully, these folks are outstanding! From hydraulic issues to tires and even refrigerator repair/replacement, they’ve handled it all for me. They do my yearly brake and bearing service, awning adjustments, and more. They’re close, convenient, and consistently do excellent work. Try them once, and you’ll be back!

It’s heart warming to know that there is still a rv service company out there that still wants to get the job done no matter what. The office crew is the most professional and courteous folks i’ve ever experienced.
