I received excellent service from the receptionist, Htun. She is phenomenal; always polite, helpful, and incredibly efficient. From my very first visit after coming from Gargash, she has been exceptionally friendly and made me feel genuinely welcomed as soon as I entered the facility. I'd also like to extend my appreciation to Dr. Nassim Hamameh. She is truly the best very friendly and always ensures each visit is comfortable and reassuring.

The facilities and doctors are nice, but the guy in the reception area named Hamza and some pharmacy staff could be more accommodating, approachable, and friendly.

From the very first moment we spoke, he made me feel calm and confident. Even though I don’t speak English, he explained everything in such a clear and simple way that I understood perfectly and felt safe and supported.

I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with a doctor in this hospital, and I feel compelled to share it so others can make informed decisions.
When visiting a medical professional, especially in a respected facility, one expects a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and spoken to in a tone that lacked empathy and professionalism. At no point did I feel heard or cared for as a patient.
What made the experience worse was the emotional impact it had on me. I left the clinic feeling humiliated and deeply unsettled, instead of reassured or helped. This is not something any patient should go through, especially when seeking medical care and support.
I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that necessary steps are taken to ensure that others do not go through a similar experience

Got my treatment done with Dr Hina, and I'm very satisfied and happy, Dr Hina made me feel really comfortable during my treatment as she was very understanding and delicate hence I didn't feel any pain throughout the whole procedure. She's very professional with her work and I'm glad she was recommended to me by Dr Mariam.
