1000% recommend this company. Local company, local owner. I called on a Saturday night and got a call back from Solomon, the owner. He came out 930am Sunday morning to handle the job and specifically mentioned that HE came out so he wouldn't have to interrupt any of his employees' family time on the weekend. Couldn't have been a nicer guy. Explained everything in detail and made sure the job was done right.

Chris was my technician he arrived on time and went quickly to troubleshooting the problem. The overhead door at my business has been an on going problem for years which other door companies that I will not mention would put a band aid on it then tell me I should consider replacing it. They seemed more interested in selling me a new one then repairing the existing one. Chris quickly explained to me the repairs needed and the price he quoted was very reasonable. I asked when could he fit me in, "now he replied" and actually was prepared with parts on his service truck wow, what a noble concept. He started the repairs that afternoon and followed up the next day to finish the project. Chris literally removed most if not all the rollers and pins cleaned, greased reattached the brackets and assemblies with new fasteners. Cleaned and greased the rails, lubed the large torsion spring he even installed a handle and made the outside entrance with the key easier by installing a tension spring on the latch. He spent as much time as the other 3 door companies combined and it showed the door works like when it was new and the price quoted did not change. I highly recommend Garage Door Solutions and there technician Chris.....

I had a great experience. He changed to spring to the new style. My door runns so much mor quiet. He was on time and the work was done with quality. I will definately use them again if the other door starts to malfunction.

He came out, on time, to give me a quote on replacing my aging garage door. It was agreed that the garage door needed re-framing as well because it was separating from the wall. He was straight forward about my options and what the costs would be.
He also recommended a reliable and fair contractor to do the framing, drywall and paint. They did such a great job as well, so much so, I hired them for additional work. It is good to know a guy who knows a guy.
After the garage door was installed, Solomon spent a good deal of time tweaking the operation, making sure everything worked perfectly. Talk about commitment to his craft!
