Called the company for broken spring, they came out in 30 mins change the spring lubricated the door in less than 45 mins in Kenner. Will use them again for sure

Torsion spring broke and reached out to a few companies. They were first to call and came out within 30 minutes. AJ was awesome and replaced the springs and made sure everything else with the garage looked good before he left. Definitely recommended.

Again, only good things to say about Solomon. I sent a message online at 11:00, to get an estimate for a broken spring (along with two other companies) after receiving a call back in 15 minutes, I made an appointment for 2- 4pm that day. Solomon then called shortly thereafter, to see if he could show early at 1:30 (as he had finished another job early). He arrived on time and then replaced both springs with no complications. His professionalism and expertise left the door working better than before it was broken... in less than an hour. Along with the very reasonable rates, I would highly recommend their service.
