Galene Water Treatment is great! They have a comprehensive system that covers many contaminants, and this one of the main areas that sets them apart from other systems. They also are upfront and honest when it comes to the needs of your home. They are not pushy salespeople at all. Another great point is that they are local and manufacture their own parts. Their installer was very informative and helpful during the process as well.

Very happy with our new system. Charlie tested our water and explained everything to me. Erik did an amazing job of installing the system. The best part is it fit in my garage along the wall with plenty of room to spare for my SUV to fit. Didn't have to involve the HOA since it was in my garage. We are enjoying the system knowing there won't be calcium in our water, white spots on the cars after washing, and no more hard rings in the toilet bowls.

I am SO HAPPY that I decided to have the Galene Water Treatment installed for our house! I am amazed on how clear our water is now! Before I would fill up my dogs' water bowls and see yellow tint and the smell of chlorine but not now. The water is crystal clear and tastes great! No more water bottles! No more plastics! YAY! Dealing with Galene from the start was super easy and very professional. I inquired online and within 15 mins I received a phone call, next day appointment and then within a week Lou installed our system. Lou was very nice and professional. He explained the system to me and how I should take care of it going forward. I'm very pleased with this decision.

A very professional company. From beginning to end this was a seamless transaction. They know what they're talking about. The installer came out on time. The insulation was a little tricky adding it on to an existing system but went in perfect. I can't say enough positive things about this company. If I need anything else, they'll be the first ones to call.

From the sales contact with Miles to the installation with Erick and Brian, the process couldn't have been more professional. Two year update: I would NEVER EVER recommend Galene Water treatment. While I thought my initial interaction with them was pleasant three years ago. Once the water system was installed the service vanished. Along with me any and all positives I had. I have spent almost a year trying to get someone to come out and service the unit. Through emails and calls to any and all phone numbers i could find for this company. Only once was I able to talk to someone. After the person on the phone was done shaming me for not changing the filter sooner (which we couldn’t. As it was tightened down too much and we weren’t shown how to change it) she finally scheduled someone to come out and help us. That help NEVER SHOWED UP. We eventually were able to contact Indigo Water Services, a local to Clearwater company, who was able to show up same day and do everything they could to set us up for success. I highly recommend Indigo Water Services. They did not need to help us as the system we have was not theirs. They did anyways. Plus, gave us information on how to do maintenance ourselves for the future.

Miles was incredible to work with, knowledgeable, competitive price and friendly! I met with multiple companies and chose the Galene system as it was perfect for my water. It’s now been over 60 days and couldn’t be happier. They even partially buried the salt reservoir to prevent dealing with the heavy weight of salt bags when needed fill. 100% recommend this company! After meeting with Matthew, we have a much better understanding of our needs. Matthew was very good to work with. He explained the Galene system very clearly and left us confident that most of our water issues will be solved. We are anxiously awaiting installation. Our installation is now complete. Bobby, the technician who did the install, was great. He did very nice work and he was a pleasure to deal with. 11/13/25 After time we came to feel that the installation was doing nothing to improve the mineral deposits. It did remove chlorine and the water smell fine but we still got crusts on any metal that came in contact with the water.

Miles did a super & efficient job of test my water. Explained each test & results. Recommended what was needed & what other equipment. I might want. His price was fair and warranty for 10yr. Other salesman either didn't test efficently.. redos and prices were outrageous $14K but then discounts that brought price dwn but still $10k. FYI cost and Galenes great install (Eric) get the job. Thank you so. And had it installed in less time than some bids took!
