Scam site G2a are a scam site. Made by scammers for scammers. I got ripped off and they won't lift a finger to even look into it. They just say it's not our product. I made the purchase on G2A.com and I sent money to G2A so how is it nothing to do with them. Stay well away from them if I was you.

I don’t want to give even one star My Nintendo switch was banned, because I bought a game from G2A. The key was provided and I had to copy someone’s account. When I knew the way of download was scam, I cancelled very quickly, but I don’t know how to remove the account. I found also the company wrote a good review using my google account, even though I cancelled two minutes later after I bought. If you don’t want to become like me, you shouldn’t buy any games from this company.

SCAM! Also erstmal kauft man hier ganze Steam Accounts und keine keys. Das "Steam Account" im Titel steht nicht dafür dass es ein game für einen Steam Account ist sondern ein ganzer Account. Wieso? Mit gestohlenen Kreditkarten, sagen wir aus Indien, werden Games für Accounts gekauft. Diese "Geschenke" kann man als unfreiwilliger Käufer nicht mehr zurück nehmen. Als ich den Kauf getätigt habe und vom Kauf zurücktreten wollte, wollte weder der Verkäufer, G2A noch Paypal mir helfen. Nachdem ich dann irgendwann aufgegeben hatte und versucht habe mich einzuloggen waren die Logindaten sogar noch falsch. Also absoluter Scam auf allen Ebenen... Ich habe in meinem Leben schon hunderte Games bei anderen Keystores gekauft und hatte nie Probleme. Erstes mal bei G2A und direkt abgezogen.

Скам Скам на который я повёлся как ребёнок(( купил я значит VIP набор из 5 ключей, все ключи активировались, написано что как минимум 2 игры за 39.99, а остальные 29.99 и больше и они не обманули, игры и правда дорогие НО! Продали какие то не понятные инди игры, ещё не запускал, но думаю сделанные на коленке по их же заказу, цены у некоторых почти 200 евро, видимо специально очень завысили цены чтоб с их стороны было всё честно т.к. не прикопаться игры дорогие как и обещали, эх, надо было сначала читать отзывы, а потом покупать, будет мне уроком.

Saftladen Das ist der letzte Saftladen. Verkaufen illegalerweise Zugänge zu Accounts, die man nur über Family-Share nutzen kann. Will man als EU-Bürger von seinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen, wird sich nur herausgeredet. Hauptsache mit zahlungskräftigen Europäern Geschäfte machen wollen, sich dann aber nicht an geltendes Recht hat halten wollen. Typisch asiatische Händler. Nach Eröffnung eines Paypal-Falles wird mit einer Lösung geworben, vorausgesetzt man löscht den Fall. Das habe ich sicherheitshalber nicht gemacht und oh Wunder auch vom G2A Support wird mein Anliegen abgebügelt. Oben drauf wird mir der Zugang zu meinem gekauften Inhalt noch gesperrt. Vorsicht vor dieser Seite und den Verkäufern. Nie wieder kaufe ich dort.

Vendor ripped me off for Res Evil 4 on sale, G2A took weeks to try n solve and these morons fix to that was to literally ban my account because I bought another copy of the game from Steam before steams sale ended but they're to dumb or too into stealing to look at the receipts I sent them as proof.

G2A SCAMS ME! After 3 weeks of waiting i got no product and no money, paypal doesnt wanna help and G2A always says the same because there is made a paypal case (wich is closed till now). Now next steps are police and lawyer. They scammed me 70 Euro for a WOW The War Within Epic Edition. Be aware of G2A they changed to scammers!

Disappointing scam instead of working key Разочарующее нае*балово от площадки, где раньше можно было купить нормальные ключи к MS продуктам. А вот к Adobe - сплошной скам, кидалово и никакого возврата средств. Вы просто потеряете свои 150~300$, отдав их в пользу весёлых негров с острова Маврикий. Спор с продавцом - трата времени, сразу требуйте чарджбек через банк, если повелись на это мошенничество. Это может вернуть ваши деньги и уменьшить рейтинг площадки в платёжной системе = со временем, закрыть им возможность использования платёжной инфраструктуры. Disappointing scam from a site where you used to be able to buy normal keys to MS products. But for Adobe - a total scam, scam and no refunds. You will just lose your 150~300$, giving them away in favor of merry negroes from the island of Mauritius. Dispute with the seller is a waste of time, immediately demand a chargecheck through the bank if you fell for this scam. This can return your money and reduce the rating of the site in the payment system = eventually, close them the opportunity to use the payment infrastructure.

I bought a ton of orders...and now i dont have access I bought a ton of orders. I spent over 50,000 euros and I was a g2a business partner. Until I stopped buying from them I started being treated like crap. They deprived me of access to my older orders, which were over 3 years old and I did not download all of them 100% because I had a lot of them. I asked support to send the keys from my old orders, they replied that they would try to do something about it. And it's been 3 months now and they stopped responding to messages and didn't send me anything. They deprived me of access to my orders overnight. I feel cheated because they deprived me of hundreds of codes. After about 6 months of waiting they replied me s*it like that.
