Спор с продавцом - трата времени, сразу требуйте чарджбек через банк, если повелись на это мошенничество. Это может вернуть ваши деньги и уменьшить рейтинг площадки в платёжной системе = со временем, закрыть им возможность использования платёжной инфраструктуры.
