Purchased a mattress in January. Only store in NW Indiana that carried the PUFFY brand. Were kind enough to store the mattress until the weather was cleared and NO snow. Nice people to deal with and will definitely return. Only sorry I didn't find them years ago.

Very easy to work with. They have a great selection with tons of fabric choices at very competitive prices. Delivery was awesome, they were very conscientious, even offering to take their shoes off. They left us a swag bag with many coupons that support local businesses! We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and the quality of furniture. Excellent experience shopping and Purchasing a NEW KING Mattress, box spring and frame. Rebecca was in charge of our sales process. Rebecca was simply Outstanding!! Her demeanor and industry knowledge was Second to None !! My wife and I have been Mattress Shopping for a long time. We were tired of dealing with the standard Pop Up stores. We found FUSION in Lowell and within 2 weeks we took delivery of our new King Size Bed, today !!

INCREDIBLE service! These guys were able to accommodate a same day delivery of the worlds comfiest sofa so that I could have a place to sit and relax after moving across several states! I will absolutely be back to check out other smaller pieces and of course their incredible vintage section!

My husband and I found a kitchen table with mismatched chairs (that actually matched) from a local furniture store at a tent sale. It only had 4 chairs and we wanted 2 more. We found the chairs at Fusion and were able to purchase them. The service was great and very helpful! We live in the Chicago area and Jeremy even delivered them!! Highly recommended Fusion Furniture!!

A lift recliner is an essential piece of furniture for my 90 year old dad. When his broke I needed a replacement quick. From the initial call to the service in the store and finally to the delivery the next day, I can't say enough. These are great people and the price was comparable to a huge chain store. Being able to support a local business was icing on the cake. Grateful!

I stopped into Fusion Furniture this past Saturday looking for a new couch. They have a good selection of items and were very helpful with the questions I had about different items there. I chose a 3 piece sectional and needed delivery. They were able to schedule delivery for today, what a great turn around time! The store was great about communicating what time they’d be out for delivery and were very mindful of carefully delivering a large sectional into my home. The cost was comparable (or better) than any other store I’ve looked at in the area and I felt the quality was superior to what I’ve seen at other places. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience I had at Fusion and I love my new sectional.
