This was my first time working with this company and from the initial phone call, to the dispatch connection to the electrician who did the job (replacing a faulty and super squawking smoke alarm) the service and care was excellent. They were able o get me sorted within a few hours of my call. I was more than satisfied with my experience and would happily call them again.

The installation went well, and the technician completed the work. However, I was disappointed that I wasn’t informed about the two-hour arrival window when booking. I got up early and arranged my day around the 9 a.m. appointment. Better communication about scheduling would improve the customer experience.

We had a home electrical inspection carried out by Jesse. It was quick and easy to arrange an inspection date, and he gave us some safety recommendations. The billing and payment process was clear, and everything was explained before the job was completed. We would be happy to contact them again in future.
We have had another job done by FuseSmart. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule. Sam was quick and professional. Thank you for saving me.
