Well as a 57 year old first time home owner. It’s down right intimidating when you can’t fix a broken problem when there are so many choices and hacks that don’t do the job right and professionally. Or than there is the worry of a scam or a job by your friends cousin and then having to pay for someone qualified. Then the stress of the quote and then all the add on problem that will hike up the price. Well I have to say…I would recommend this amazing professional to to anyone looking to have help and advice and reassurance that the work done properly. I live in an old condo townhouse my issues were Copper to aluminum. Also some of my outlets had failed. I was at first so droning in a the adds YouTube videos. I call 3 companies. One never responded the other want to give me a quote over the phone then not do my whole house in one or 2 days. He would come here and there and then I could just pay as the rooms were done. Well I work and have a life. But here is the best part about getting the job done right professionally and with respect explaining what had and should be done. Jesse he came to my condo walked through my home checking everything the outlet taking some apart to see what was going on. I am pretty sure he was he about an hour to ensure to make sure all understood and studied. I got the quote quickly and then they were booked. The quote sounded fair for what I got. Bonded licensees and insured. Carter and Etienne arrived on time. Worked all day i hung out in the yard. I took the day off from work even though I didn’t have to. But I’m not sure. Would check once and awhile they were so professional. They would tell me what they done so far and what they found and fixed. We did have a problem with my 197? Bathroom fan and then they called Jesse. But I felt so confident I took of for awhile. When they were almost done Jesse came back again. Told me all they did when to everything they worked on and explained to me about my bathroom fan (I already new irs 45 years old man). He would get me a quote and see if I want to replace it. Of course I did. I want them to do I as I don’t want to try. And on outside outlets came loose from the stucco and it really old today. Look up Fuse Smart text Jesse. He texted me just before I texted him and he right away texted me back. He will be by today or tomorrow. Call these guys. You will be writing an amazing review for them as well.

Jesse saved the day today by making the time to replace my fire alarms at very short notice and doing a fantastic job!! My fire alarm died early in the morning on a Friday and I was stressed about getting it fixed before the weekend, having to work Friday afternoon. Jesse responded super quickly to my early morning text and worked with my schedule. He arrived right on time, and was super professional. He replaced the fire alarms efficiently and knowledgeably and they have finally stopped chirping! Not only did he do a great job replacing the two units I thought I had, but before he left the house, he identified a third alarm that I hadn’t noticed that was also beeping. Despite me only asking for 2 units, he had come prepared with 3 and lucky that he did!! He let me know that they had a buy 2- get 1 free promotion they had going and took care of the third one as well. He quoted accurately and professionally and provided an electronic receipt right away. Fantastic service, will absolutely call Jesse at Fusesmart again!!

Had Carter and his coworker from FuseSmart install a 240V/60A circuit and an EV charger in my garage, great experience start to finish.
My home has a 100A panel, so rather than recommending a costly upgrade, they proposed an Electrical Load Management System that handles the EV load intelligently. Saved me thousands.

Jesse was fast, efficient and thorough. Didn’t know smoke detectors had a shelf life and begin sounding loud demands at godly hours in the morning. 4 of the 5 detectors needed to be hardwired and changed out. Thanks for responding so quickly and getting a fairly simple but extremely important job done so quickly for me!!!

They are quite scammy with their billing, tech came to work maybe 15min total, was in his car most of the time. My dad who was there to supervise work, an older senior, was charged $500 for the visit to fix an outlet. DO NOT recommend them, bill attached, to say that we were shocked by the bill is an understatement.

This visit involved a full diagnostic of a loss of power to a detached garage, where burnt connections were identified and safely repaired. Additional work was completed to address other weak connections in the rest of the garage which was included in the diagnostic, install weatherproof outdoor GFCI protection, and ensure the system was safe and would not happen again. We also diagnosed and resolved a separate issue with a kitchen circuit including a counter plug and microwave during the same visit which had no power. All power loss issues were resolved.

We had a major electrical emergency over Easter weekend—live wires arcing and power shut off by the City for safety—and Jesse and his team were exactly who you want to call in a situation like that.
From the start, they were clear, responsive, and professional. Even on Easter Sunday, Jesse was reaching out to his contacts trying to source parts and help us as quickly as possible, which really speaks to his level of care and commitment.
They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and handled a complex job involving a new meter cabinet, permits, and restoring safe power to both sides of our duplex. Pricing felt very reasonable given the urgency and complexity, and the work was done right.

I contacted Jesse at FuseSmart to provide a quote to repair the aluminum wiring in our home. Within a day, Jesse ( business owner ) & Sam came onsite to inspect our home. Jesse also recognized that our existing power panel was not suitable for our electrical service requirements.
Jesse provided us with a written proposal & price quote that day to complete the electrical project. Jesse provided a very clear recommendation for our understanding with the proposal. The estimated time of 3 days and project price seemed reasonable, so we agreed to contract at that time and placed a reasonable deposit.
The work commenced about a 10 days later and include several men on working onsite including Jesse ( initiated work the 1st day ) and also Sam, Jake, and Austin plus Pierro on the 3rd day.
We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that these guys provided.
Sam also took time during the project to clearly explain the work as it progressed and also managed to expertly install the new power panel & supplemental equipment into the existing space.
Sam also identified a scope change needed to improve a historical wiring concern with our microwave & oven. He clearly described the electrical wiring concern & cost of remediation for my understanding and expertly completed the additional work.
FuseSmart completed all the work in the estimated 3 days. As well, Jesse did a walk thru of the completed work to ensure all was suitable with us before we completed payment.
