Mduduzi helped us a lot and then interaction with him he showed great knowledge of his job. We felt very welcome. After establishing what our need was through inviting questions, he took us through the relevant options, giving us all the information we needed to make a decision. The clarity of the information he gave us helped in getting us to make a decision within a relatively short space of time. He came across as having a lot of integrity, we felt very confident in him that we decided to but two couches whereas we initially thought we would buy only one on that day and then look to buy a second couch in a few months.

My mom bought a couch here. A week after taking delivery she mentioned that the seating area of the couch slides down while you sit. They took them back and put valcro on it. This has not worked. We have communicated this but still no solution. It’s sad that they take so long to find solutions pensioners who haves their hard earned money.
Went into Furniture Warehouse, was helped by Mduduzi, he showed me what I wanted to see, deal was concluded and I was on my way home within 10 minutes. 60 minutes later, the delivery truck arrived, the guys put the 3 seater leather couch together for me and they were also done within 15 minutes.
The entire experience was seamless from beginning to end, prices are very competitive and quality is top class.

I am a happy client. I bought a double bed madras, worthy of R5k. Receiving the pockets madras with additional foam is the best I had. I think the price is good based on quality. Ofcourse, being a black man with limited financial resources, I wish Mduduzi can tailor the price slightly, just for us😊.

Really great service! Ordered a set of lounge suite which was delivered the following day at about 15h00. A few minutes after delivery, we noticed a dent on the single seater leather. We reached out to Furniture Warehouse Randburg and just after an hour, the dented unit was replaced. Extremely happy customer! Keep up the great service.
