We recently engaged FunCo to provide carnival booth games for our Walk for Health event held from 28 to 30 October at Temasek Polytechnic, and we were very pleased with their service. The team was professional, efficient, and well-organised throughout both the setup and teardown process. Their table-top games, double shot basketball, and axe throw inflatable were enjoyable additions that brought great energy to the event. We engaged FunCo to help us set up 2 game booths at our company's safety day event on 29 Oct 2025. From the time we touched base with them, it had been a wonderful experience all the way right up to the end of the safety day event. The FunCo team, especially, Mr Kelvin Han, was very helpful and quick to address our queries, assuring us of their site support as well as delivering the game booths punctually and then professionally set up the necessary on site for us. The FunCo staff, during the set-up of the game booths, also shared with us the finer points of conducting the games properly and how to make it fun as well! My family had lots of fun at the HSBC Family Day! Found out that it is run by Funco Events and was not surprised! We had attended other of their events as well. Their staff and the part timers are all well trained and always kind to the guests!

Participated in the HSBC Family Day Funtastic FamFest, the event was well planned even with 1,000 people in attendance. From one indoor playing area for kids, one indoor arcade area for adults to the massive balloon play castle and food and snacks booths the whole event was executed very well

We engaged FunCo’s Ice Cream Cart Live Station for our National Day celebration bazaar at MSIG Insurance (Singapore), and they were an absolute hit!
Their team served about 250 servings of really tasty ice cream in just 2 hours with exceptional professionalism and warm friendliness. Their traditional pushcart truly added a nostalgic charm to our event, and our staff were spoilt for choice with over 10 flavours served in plastic cups, waffle biscuits, rainbow bread, or waffle cones.
They were also incredibly prompt and helpful in all communications, making the planning process so much smoother and fuss-free.
The ice cream cart was undoubtedly a crowd favourite, drawing long queues throughout the event. We truly enjoyed the collaboration and are already looking forward to working with them again for future events! :)

Never to work with them again. The rented Buzz Wire game was clearly worn out when it was delivered to the event venue. It doesn't even work despite sending their people down to fix the wires that's clearly loose. Our event guests didnt manage to fully enjoy the games prepared, it didnt work in the morning and by lunch time - which was the only other time they mingle at the booths, the buzz wire game stopped working again. Dropped a text to request for a refund but they basically ghost you after that. Please work with them at your own risk.

After reviewing the situation, we confirmed through CCTV footage that the Buzz Wire was tested and working before delivery. It’s possible a power wire became loose during transport, which unfortunately affected its performance at your event. We are taking this feedback to improve our handling and quality checks moving forward.
We also apologise if our post-event communication felt slow or unresponsive. Please be assured your refund is being processed, our finance team requires up to 5 working days for approval and transfer. We have also included a $350 credit and an additional 10% discount on your next booking with us.
