Outstanding service ! James has been my restaurants tech person for the last 15 years - I would not trust anyone else - perfect and responsive service, always available to resolve problems and keeps us updated on the newest and latest in our industry. James was a godsend. He completely brought us into the 21st century, reconfigured our network, labeled it and even made it look nice, fixed and updated the cameras, came up with clever solutions for broadcasting across our two floors for Corp occasions. He also fine tuned our Toast POS and now it runs like a racecar! I can't speak highly enough of Full Scope IT.

When we were starting up Thai Rock, our first and only restaurant to date, we knew there were a lot of choices we had to get right, the menu, the staff, food consistency and a Point of Sale (POS) System. Coming from a technology background, I felt I could at least take a stab at making an informed choice, after all, I had been choosing technology professionally for 30 years. I started with about six viable systems (all top rated in the industry), then brought it down to my top three and evaluated all. At that time, they (the POS systems) all had similar ordering and reporting capabilities and their price ranges were close enough to choose any. The real difference I found was in sales and support services. We choose Manhattan POS and I still believe to this day it was the best choice. Manhattan POS acts more like a partner, truly concerned for the welfare of our business, than a vendor. They consistently go above and beyond and even solve some problems before we knew there was one. Over the years, we have grown our business and our POS needs have increased and expanded in step. We started with 4 POS terminals and now have 12 plus another 4 mobile terminals, 16 terminals in all. We added a liquor control system with 4 pouring stations that integrates directly into our POS. We have a gift card module that enables us to sell our own gift cards and we are adding a service that will tie all the online orders from 3rd parties like Grubhub, Uber Eats and Seamless directly into our POS without having to type any of these orders into the system. All these feature additions along with a sophisticated video surveillance system that ties into the POS with order overlay information have been installed, implemented, managed and maintained by the good people at Manhattan POS. James, founder of the company has created a business that embodies the best ideals for customer support and promotes these traits within his team. This has helped us create great and lasting relationships with all his staff, who are top in class professionals. I can say quite comfortably that part of the successful ingredients at Thai Rock include the good service and support of Manhattan POS. Most any technology on the market will do the work its advertised to do, but not every company provides the same level of support. If you are a hospitality services business in the NYC area looking for a POS, I would give Manhattan POS serious consideration. Manhattan POS has come to the rescue for us so many times :) Always responsive and helpful. Also, something I really appreciate, is that they aren't pushy in getting us to buy into options that are more than what we need. We've had some older equipment falter on us, and rather than push things upon us, they work with us to find the best solution that's budget friendly. They have also been informative in helping us begin to plan for future changes to our systems. They feel more like a partner in our business rather than just a service provider or vendor.
