The run up to my transplant was smooth with Jeremy ready to answer any and all questions I had prior to the procedure. On the morning he phoned me to check I was ok and en route. A warm welcome once there from Lee, who thoroughly took care of me (and my friend who brought me, and waited) with drinks, snacks and lovely meals. Dr Williams is a very experienced and friendly guy who ensures you're happy and comfortable with everything every step of the way, then it was onto the job itself. Big shout out now to the lovely girls Louise, Lydia and Lynsey who assisted Dr Williams and kept me informed with every step of the process and chatted and laughed with me as the day progressed and I watched films as they worked. I am well into my recovery now and I know any questions that I have, that Jeremy is there with support and advice at the end of the phone. Superb clinic. Highly recommend.

Having researched a number of providers I decided to go with FUE Clinics having had a couple of calls with Jeremy. The deciding factors were; dedicated facility including a comfortable waiting room for my wife; certainty of knowing which surgeon was performing the procedure and a dedicated supporting team. Steve and the team were amazing; they made me feel comfortable and relaxed and I would go as far as to say my wife and I enjoyed the day. On arrival on the day, Lee the manager explained the process for the day and introduced me to Steve, the surgeon; who explained in more detail the procedure and confirmed exactly what I wanted him to do. I was then introduced to Steve’s supporting team who all made me feel at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend FUE Clinics; a highly professional and skilled surgeon and team; and great dedicated facilities. Exceeded my expectations. I am now at day 3 following the procedure and look forward to the results.

I’m extremely impressed by FUE Clinics. Jeremy has been fantastic, very attentive, helpful and has answered all of my questions so far, and is still on hand to help answer them quickly. The team on procedure day were incredible. They were so patient, understanding and kind. Everything was explained to me as the process was happening, constantly reassuring me and checking that I was okay. The level of care and service was top-notch. Dr Steve Stangoni is brilliant. He truly understands what you’re having done and what you’re going through as he has had it done himself. He also has a great sense of humour and time flew by very quickly as we had lots of conversations and we got on well! Also had time to watch movies and listen to music which was nice. The whole team were brilliant. As you’re the only person in the clinic they really do make it all about you and your care which is amazing. I got to see my hair follicles under into the microscope. They explained the procedure and what they were doing exactly and it was all really interesting. The team are quite passionate about what they do and I felt in safe hands. They truly did everything possible to make my experience the best it could be, nothing was too much trouble for me, or my mum who joined me on the day waiting in the patient room. I want to say a massive thank you to everybody for helping me overcome something that I’ve been struggling with for a long time. I can’t wait to see the results as time goes on and a heal further!

I've been meaning to create this review for some time so here goes! Having overplucked my eyebrows throughout the 90's/00's I was left with little confidence and very little hair. I was incredibly nervous about taking the plunge but truly didn't need to be. From start to finish FUE Clinics were incredible! After my inital enquiry, Jeremy arranged a video call and talked me through the ful process and even showed me the clinic & parking space. On treatment day, I was a bag of nerves but Jeremy, Dr Steve Stegoni and Lydia were wonderful and calming. From taking time to pencil in the shape / amend / re-pencil to starting the procedure the team were incredible. The procedure itself was straightforward with low pain and with the tunes blasting the hours ticked away! The after care (2 weeks of daily photos) was fantastic. It's been less than 4 months now but I've actually got hair growing, my confidence is blooming and honestly, I should have done it sooner. My new brows hair have not all grown in yet (but its still early days) but can you believe I've had to trim them for the first time in 20 years?! If you're thinking about it having treatment, just stop, DO IT! And do it with FUE Clinics.

First of all I would like to praise the staff of FUE clinics for making me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my time at the clinic. I’ve had a very positive experience. Amazing! In day to day life i get anxious about so much, but I've learnt this is one thing not to get anxious about!. The whole team were fantastic,and such lovely people. I'm not normally the type of person to leave a review, but if you are the type of person like me, who was constantly thinking should i go for it or not, because of nerves or anxiousness, JUST DO IT! You wont regret it. Anyone leaving less than a 5* review, i would be questioning if they are the type of people to moan about anything and everything,as it was flawless. The whole experience from start to finish, was basically me being treated like royalty. The pain was so low,that id say i only had about 10 seconds of pain for the whole day... some of it was so relaxing that i was falling asleep whilst watching tv that it almost felt like a weird spa treatment. Jeremy is a great guy that likes to make you feel at ease, and Dr Steve and all the ladies are so ,so skilled at what they do. You can tell they all get on well and like being in each others company. It created great synergy, and the aura was so relaxed, yet they were so amazingly professional in their work. Thank you guys 🫶 Confidence already on the mend 🦸‍♂️

Had my hair transplant procedure done last Friday with the team at fue clinics - Birmingham the girls where all fantastic (Sorry I forgot everyone’s names 🙂) very welcoming on arrival and always asked do I need anything.. the whole team made my day at ease and everyone worked hard throughout the day. I would like to say a massive thank you to dr Steve Stangoni for is hard work he understands how you feel and does his best to get you the results you want Steve you are very talented! I would also like to thank Jeremy from the first consultation he never rushed me to make a decision and replied to any questions I asked I’m now on 3rd day post op still swolen but that normal and part of the recovery but I am looking forward to seeing the results - thank you FUE CLINCS you are the best at hair transplantation 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my initial consultation with Jeremy, after speaking with Jeremy I knew straight away this was the clinic I was going to opt for to do my procedure. Jeremy was open, honest, reassuring and responding to my questions during and after the consultation without hesitation. Arrived at the clinic which had a very relaxed feeling about it and then I met with Dr Steve Stangoni and the technician Lydia who would both be doing my procedure. Wow, both were so amazing at making me feel relaxed and comfortable with what was going to happen. It was so straightforward, both knew exactly what I wanted and the whole process was brilliant and actually very enjoyable. Later another technician called Julie came to assist and again she was brilliant. Such a lovely team at the clinic and it was evident everyone got on so well and it's makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. I'm really glad a selected the FUE Clinics in Birmingham for my procedure. My procedure was only done 3 days ago and I've had no issues at all and looking forward to seeing the results in time. I Cant speak highly enough of the service provided by Fue Clinics, they made me feel very relaxed from the moment I walked through the door. Arron and Dr Steve explained everything to me as the day progressed and took any anxiety I had away. The aftercare I have received since being discharged has been great, checking in with me daily to make sure everything is ok and progressing as it should. From my personal experience Fue Clinics are very professional, they value you as a customer and you do not feel like just another number through the door. All staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I was treated like royalty for the day and I haven't got a single bad thing to say. All staff were very knowledgeable and happy to talk through what they were doing when it came up. Procedure was as close to painless as possible with only the initial anaesthetic being mildly uncomfortable.

My intial consultation with Jeremy was very informative and no pressure to make an immediate decision. When I arrived at the Clinic I was a little anxious, but was met by a lovely lady, who was so welcoming and friendy she put me at ease. Then I met with Dr Steve, who was also very reassuring and explained the whole procedure. I was then introduced to the rest of the team in the operaion room. The 4 nurses were very warm and welcoming and also eased my tensions. The whole procedure was painless and I am very pleased with the result and aftercare in place is fantastic. I had put this off for some time, but now having the transplant to cover my 'solar panel' I am very delighted. I would recommend the Clinic to anyone who needs a top quality procedure.

My experience with FUE clinics was excellent. Dr Steve & all of the nurses and staff made me feel relaxed and kept me informed throughout the day. My experience was painless and I enjoyed conversing with the staff. I’m now 3 days post op and everything looks great, I can’t wait to see the results. Each day I send my progress to Jeremy via WhatsApp and I’m following all the aftercare guidance which was provided to me on the day which was very clear. Thank you again to the FUE team!

Outstanding Service and Care at FUE Clinics I can’t recommend FUE Clinics highly enough. My experience with them has always been fantastic, from my first FUT transplant in 2019 to my recent FUE procedure in January 2025. Having known Arran since 2019, I already trusted his expertise, and when I met with him again in September 2024 to discuss this procedure, he reassured me that my goals – strengthening my hairline, increasing density throughout, and covering my crown – were achievable. Arran highly recommended Steve for the procedure, and I couldn’t agree more with his recommendation. On the day of the procedure, I was a little anxious, but the team quickly put me at ease. Arran was incredible, consulting with me throughout the day, and Steve carried out the procedure with such skill that it couldn’t have gone smoother. A special shoutout to the technicians – Louise, Lydia, Lindsay, and Talia – who were not only highly professional but also so friendly and attentive, making the entire experience stress-free and even enjoyable. Although it’s still early days, I’m already amazed by the coverage achieved with 2,600 grafts and look forward to seeing the results in the coming months.
